I recently visited this store with the intention of purchasing some shoes. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and won’t ever recommend this place to anyone. I was informed that I could not try on the shoes, and to my surprise, I was also told that the store does not accept Apple Pay. However, I observed another customer successfully using Apple Pay for their purchase. When I escalated the matter to the manager, I found his response to be both rude and disrespectful. Don’t ever shop at this place!!!!

I would like to express my frustration with this purchase. I just wanted to exchange my shoes for a smaller size what I’m finding with the shoes today the size 7 is bigger than it normally is not in all cases, but in some cases. I am 42 years old and I have been wearing a size 7 youth since I was 12 my feet have not changed. I believe that Nike and Jordan are making their shoes bigger to fit today’s children some of them are a lot bigger than I was at their age. I do understand that genetics may play a role but the point that I’m making my feet have not grown since I was 12 years old I’ve always been able to wear a size 7 youth with no problem the last two pairs of shoes that I bought size 7youth were too big I believe the manufacturer has made them bigger. Both managers were cocky, rude, and lacked professionalism and empathy. When I asked for the managers name who identified his self as the store manager, he refused to give me his name in Customer Service you always give your name no matter what if you’re standing on your policy then there’s no reason why you should hide the fact of who you are.

Don’t come here, you’re better off going to footlocker where you’re not a burden to the employees. They don’t want you to try on the displays but don’t bother to help you get a pair to actually try on. Wasted my time here.

The customer service was absolutely disgustingly unprofessional! The sales clerk asked an associate to get a size for a waiting customer. The sales clerk started cursing because apparently, it inconvenience him to assist the customer. I've been in the customer service industry for 33 years. I never witnessed such a display of unprofessional manner!!! I will never go back!!

I have been buying shoes at the Aurora mall for 30 years. I have never witnessed more rude and unhelpful employees in my time shopping there. They were all more concerned about talking with each other than helping anyone find a shoe size and when you did get their attention, they rolled their eyes at you or just straight ignored you. We will be headed to Park Meadows next time.

Terrible experience, I bought two pairs, one for women, the lady who helped me took a long time to bring the pair I selected, she tells me that there is no one available and I show her that the one she requested is the size she only had to enter for the complete pair, at the same time Coming back he brings me another model of the same color, just because I opened the box, because he thinks he is changing the model instead of bringing the one I asked for. She didn't bother charging me $$ and her colleague who I trusted helped me. He reviewed the other model for men, commenting on whether it was okay, showing me one shoe, stating that it was the correct model. I came home and surprise, the box comes with two very similar colors but they are different models. Horrible, the boy and I were sure of the models and in the end the box came with a mix.
Now coming back and it's a problem to change, like you still have to wait or go back until the person who made the mistake comes to work.

On Saturday, 2/17 to be exact I went into JDs at the Aurora mall to size exchange a pair of shoes that I had bought a while back but worn them, shoe was still new in the box, I went up to the Customer service representative and asked to exchange and was simply unprofessional due to it being over the exchange date then, repeatedly saying “it’s been two years” “We can’t do that not” as well as the manager saying the same before I could really even say I just wanted a different size even after them seeing the shoeWent to the Park Meadows location, asked the same thing and got a no problem, and exchange took not even 5 minutesCrazy how 2 different demographics of location can make a differenceWill never step foot at the Aurora location again, Park Meadows service is sub par
