If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid Firestone for a pre-purchase inspection, trusting their expertise to give me an honest assessment of the truck I was about to buy. They told me the only issues were worn tires and tie rod ends—repairs I was prepared to handle.
But after purchasing the truck, I took it to my local shop, where they found a disaster Firestone completely missed. The shocks were blown. The upper control arm bushings were shot. The ball joints were on the verge of failure. And the sway bar link pin bushings? They had fully disintegrated—completely gone. My local shop physically showed me every one of these dangerous, overlooked issues.
Thanks to Firestone’s incompetence, I unknowingly bought a truck that needs a full suspension rebuild. Their so-called “inspection” was worthless and outright negligent. Either they didn’t bother to check or they have no business performing vehicle inspections. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want to pay for their mistakes.

Firestone did a fantastic job repairing my control arms to my 2014 Chevy Impala they did a great job and also repaired the wire harness at no additional cost. Got the car back the same day.

Aligned my vehicle charges me 130$. Then tells me my inner and outer tie rods need to be replaced. So in all reality doing the alignment was a waste of time and money because with bad tie rods the alignment won't hold!! They should have never done it do to the safety concerns!!

Aaron is THE most disrespectful human being I have ever come across. DO NOT come to this facility if you are looking for customer service because they don’t have any. What an absolute pathetic excuse for a customer service representative. I will NEVER be bringing my business to Firestone again thanks to this particular individual and I hope that all who see this heed my warning.

I was charged a diagnostic fee of $110 I was not told about until I was picking up my vehicle. My car was in because the window was stuck. It was known even before they looked at it what the problem was. They didn't have to troubleshoot and look for a problem under the hood or listen for a noise or try to diagnose an unknown issue or run check engine diagnostics (which the invoice actually says). I was only quoted for the part and labor and planned only for such. This is deceitful.
I was however thankful they got me in the same day and out in time for work and the techs were friendly.

Always a pleasure having Firestone provide maintenance to my vehicles. They keep my vehicles driving with ease. In addition, I like how when they found some else wrong that the technicians relayed the new issues and provide photos that supported their evidence. My only suggestion to the company would be to order parts before the scheduled appointments if not in stock at the store so customers don't have to wait any longer than they have to. I had to wait longer due to the cabin filter had to be order twice as there wasn't one in stock for my type of vehicle. They assumed it would be there before they were finished with the other maintenance work on the vehicle however the filter didn't show up yet. They pulled out the old one out which wasn't all that bad like last time I requested and at first we decided to just put the used on back in as they had made two orders for the same part. Then upon checking out both filters arrived. I requested the cabin filter to be changed out since I was there and they did which was even better because that smell is now gone. I recieved a discount on the other maintenance and felt good about the overall service. Thanks for your hard work.

Why advertise this store as a full service center when you can't do a timing belt job let alone stick to the time you quote people?
I scheduled a timing belt service 3 weeks in advance; they had the make and model of my car. I drop off my vehicle and 10 minutes later I get a call explaining how they can't/won't do the timing belt but will do brakes and tires.
They did not have the tires in stock so I tell the associate to order them and I'll be back next week.
The following week, I show up for my appointment and the same person why has been scheduling all of this can't find the appointment, or order, and then says "my guy forgot."
So I go back a day later for what was supposed to be a 90 minute appointment to swap a few tires. Well after 90 minutes of waiting, they finally get my car on the lift. 2 hours later and they have done one wheel! Do not take your vehicle to firestone.

Thank you Ricky for your compassion. My check tire pressure indicator light was on. You took the time to assist me, and would not accept a tip. How thoughtful.

I want to commend the senior technician for going above and beyond. He took the time to explain the exact brake problem, even though it wasn't his assigned job. His honesty and transparency are truly commendable. It's great to know there are still people in the industry who prioritize customer satisfaction over profits. I'll be sure to request his services again.

Needed tires on my girlfriends car, they got put on but..... I will probably never return to this particular store. I've been with firestone for years and this is the worst by far. I saw the kid working the front desk tell a little old lady she could go pick up her part at auto zone on her own and bring it back and they'd install it. Wow

This was the third time I tried to use this Firestone location. One time I was kept waiting for so long before they even touched my car, I had to leave as I had another appointment to keep. I gave them another chance and I was there for 4 hours for an oil change and windshield wipers. This time I needed a new battery and a rear window wiper blade and I had an appointment for 2:30 pm. I waited for 90 minutes and finally asked how much longer it was going to be before anyone even took my car into the bay. He said he could pull someone off what they were doing and have them do my job. It literally took 5 minutes for him to complete my job. I waited 90 minutes for a 5 minute job. What is the point of having an appointment? Then, they did a half-assed job. Didn’t replace the corroded clamp that secures the battery. I’m sure they just wanted to get rid of me because I was complaining about how long it was taking! I will NOT be returning to this location EVER!! Terrible customer service!!!

Scheduled apt for sat at 2.. was accepted and confirmation email received. My car wasn’t even looked at until Tuesday.. even after telling them this was under saddlerock and I had a rental. I told them I wanted a full inspection down because of mismatched tires on an all wheel drive vehicle.. exhaust leaking and paddle shifter not working.. and to measure and mic the brake rotors as someone just slapped pads on and no rotor resurface or replacement. I got finally on Wednesday.. I need new front tires (they are brand new.. less than 500 miles on them) I told them where the exhaust part was in stock and msrp price. I get told can’t do anything, and didn’t even follow my directions and my permissions to do things were ignored. I wanted a repair facility to do business with for multiple cars and for long periods. I absolutely will not be visiting ANY Firestone repair facility because of this. I also work as a claims adjuster for another car warranty.. and will not be recommending you

Good customer service! Very friendly! Job was completed in a decent amount of time.
