if i could give less than one star, i would. i have a CD(or time deposit) that i wanted to move to another bank. i was two days past the grace period and they charged $627.32. this was over 5X the interest accrued. I will happily never do business with this bank again and i would recommend all potential customers find alternatives.

Account was flagged for fraud activity, understandable...but the manager wasn't professional and really rude about the situation to the point that she Hung up on me, hope corporate takes note about this!

Good enough bank, I suppose. I was annoyed however that the teller had to call over his supervisor for an "approval" for my cashier's check from my account where funds were no issue.There should be no approval needed. It wasn't a loan, it was MY money.

I bank at First Bank in Southlands Mail, Aurora, and I have to say, every time I enter the bank smiling faces and warm greetings are there to meet me. All of the employees seem to be very well trained, and work efficiently and expediently.It’s always a pleasure to do my banking business at first bank.
