The management and tellers at this location ruined my banking experience. Due to my child’s father passing away and going thru complex family dynamics surrounding my sons survivor payments, they have been nothing but rude, hurtful, a teller lied on me preventing them from helping me at all. The customer service has been so poor I don’t even think there are words to describe it. I was trying to avoid getting an attorney involved, but at this point I have no choice. This establishment is hindering the well-being of that of me and my child and I cannot respect it.
I can’t find them the complete disregard for me and severe lack of good customer service.

There's a lie on the date of an account closure, if @ all. I can speculate, if it's open, that it doesn't bode well after being told & put in writing that it's closed. I did appreciate the overdraft allowances. Though costly, they came @ a time evil was trying to steal & deprive me of everything. This review is subject to only go down as information comes in, however never below three. Their fraud department was quick to investigate & exonerate me on fraudulent charges. They helped when evil tried to steal my checks,. Also, they suddenly denied me access to the online account, after having just granted it, which came off as a lame excuse.

Worst workers. Very incompetent and after every costumer interaction they HAVE to go and gossip with other coworkers right after. When there is a line of people to the front door. Very rude and when told something they get upset when they’re not doing their job. 0/5 if I could

Every time I come here to complete a simple task, tellers do their jobs but people who seat behind the desks are making you wait ALWAYS. Tellers 5 star. People behind the desks 1 star.

Terrible customer service, we went in to open a new checking and savings account and they didn't want to serve us, we waited a long time and no one deigned to ask us to wait or anything, they just ignored me so I was disappointed and we left. There are other banks in which to put my money and my trust, THANK YOU First bank for NOT serving us, if it has been like this from the beginning, I imagine it would always be like this.

This is my second time going to this bank and they won’t allow me to withdraw more than $3k at a time. They advised me to drive to another branch to withdraw the remainder. Their ATM also doesn’t work most times. I’ve been banking with them over 10 years. This bank is a joke I think it’s time to explore other options.

2 Banks I had my acct go to checksystems over 1 years ago both paid. I went to open a New Acct with a credit union guess what First Bank showed UNPAID the other bank didn't show anything because that bank reported to xhecksystems Right away 1 yr ago when I paid on both as paid and removed it completely from checksystems. I called First bank asked them why when I went into the branch 1 yr ago they took the $ and never said anything about clearing up the acct. I found out they never cleared my acct this whole time for 1 year later then when opening a new Acct the Specialists is showing me Unpaid- $- Firstbank. I called a Rep then she did some filing over the phone I barley got a letter stating that acct will remain on Checksystems for 5 yrs that's a descion FirstBank made with no say from me esp asking to rem9ve the Unpaid at least!FYI, if your acct goes Neg and it goes to checksystems This bank will still have Checksystems to Hold it for 5yrs even if you pay on account to bring it current.Inaddition I asked another bank in which they said A bank can get checks systems to remove that negative report at any moment especially of its paid.Also, Rep the first time no manners, no help took the easy way and said " cant help me" called 2nd time and I was helped.I prefer no banks but this Credit Union will do for now.
