We went to first bank where my Significant Other has an account. I had something to cash and thought it might be difficult. I was pleasantly surprised that they helped us out. The Manager and Teller were very nice and helpful. I've had issues with this location before and I'm happy to say it was a welcome change ☺️

If you're thinking about opening an account with this bank, they're dishonest. They charge $30 if you don't have the money to buy. A $12 monthly fee is higher than all other banks. They deleted all my accounts for not paying the minimum on my credit card, including my company account. They deleted my username, and I can't even access my account to see my statement. It's not a bank, it's a way to legally steal money from people. This was all done to a customer of more than 8 years. If you want absurd fees and money constantly disappearing from your account, open an account with this bank. It can't even be called a bank; you pay a lot to keep your money there.They stole 1000 dollars from me and sent the money I had in my account to a place I haven't lived in for 5 years.
And if you read all the comments people have made, many people have gone through the same thing: they close accounts without saying anything to a single person. That's all they do.

I love banking with firstbank. I switched from Well Fargo years ago when they were at their worst and had lawsuits against them, and the are nothing short of amazing. They don't find reasons to charge you for every little thing, and take lots of great steps to protect you from your card information being stolen. Every time I've needed something at the branch itself, the tellers have been incredibly friendly and helpful.

Bad customer service I was waiting for like 30 to 40 minutes nobody had come up to me ask if I needed help. Maybe it's because I looked Mexican 😂. Bad spot to visit for minorities

Had a pretty bad experience this past Wednesday I can't remember her name but she is a tall light skin on the heavy side lady that for some reason it seems you don't like her job she was rude to me the whole time and refused to help me out figure some paperwork

Five star service here, I came in today to open two accounts (Checking & Savings) and Gloria was amazing giving me the best customer service I have ever received, she clarified everything wonderfully in the process and helped me decide what was best for me , a very good branch...

I love this branch! Very efficient and friendly tellers. Robyn always goes above and beyond to help me with all my banking needs. From change to wires, she’s always smiling and so helpful. The manager Tai is always very helpful as well. Love that there is still great customer service!

Very rude to their customers. I've been a customer for close to 10 years and came in to get documents signed to sell property in another state. Manager treated me like I was doing something wrong and couldn't even help me get witnesses for the notary, that my paperwork required. Made a comment about me coming in on a busy Friday afternoon. Like what? You offer the service don't you? I need to get this done. Very disappointed! The clerk was very sweet!

I love this bank it's way better than citiwide bank which is my old bank. The tellers are friendly and non judgemental, they are a very personable bank. They are also very fast, I'm in and out when I go there to withdraw or deposit money.. I am very satisfied with first bank. It really is the Colorado bank for me!

For some reason, this bank thinks they are the only game in town. Treat customers like c*** and also when you need help. Act like you're inconveniencing them. Closing the account after no use for like 3 or 4 weeks is unacceptable. These people need to rethink what they do to their customers.
