It was a very poor experience and seeing others’ experiences is validating. Do not come here, there are many other more professional places out there that give better quality.

**Avoid this place at all costs*** . I got my nails done here and it was a total disaster. Honestly, I don’t think the staff even knows what they’re doing. I got a pedicure and Xgel manicure, and both were absolutely terrible. The pedicure looked rushed and sloppy—definitely not worth the $75 they charged. The gel nails? Even worse. For $65, I expected at least basic quality, but what I got was a joke.
They overcharge and completely underdeliver. The place itself was dirty and had a horrible smell I honestly felt like I had stepped into a rundown salon in a developing country. This place shouldn’t even be open. Either shut it down or send everyone back to training. It’s that bad.

I really really liked the ladies in the shop they spoke English were down to earth they were friendly…but I just had one nail that needed replacing a fill and pedicure the 60 dollar one and my total was 180.00 plus I tipped $20 kind of pricu for nothing extra

I recently visited this nail salon and was thoroughly unimpressed. Despite paying $55, I left with unevenly done nails that started cracking within 6 hours. The technician used a cuticle cutter to remove my old dip color, causing rough filing and bruises around my cuticles.
Given the numerous bad reviews, I'm surprised they're still in business. Definitely would not recommend!

What is going on here? 5 months later and the description still hasn’t changed? Con artists? I used class pass 30 credits for a gel mani and gel pedi listed below. I drove 50 mins traffic for them to tell me it’s only a gel mani and the gel for pedi is and extra $20. They lied and said they contacted ClassPass to update but each owner is in charge of their own class descriptions. Now that I drove here and wasted and hour in traffic I don’t know that I want their con artist hands on me. Their gel finish doesn’t even last longer than 7 days I bet. Never coming back here again, save your money and go elsewhere with honest service! My saving grace was bringing my own gel polish and getting to keep the service I paid for.

I got charged 75 for a pedicure.(completely overpriced in my opinion) They used a dog drill to file down my toenails, didn’t use gloves while touching my toes, i asked for French tip and the price insanely raised, they charge per nail. Never coming back.

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. I went on a whim because I was in the area and I regret it. First, improper removal of gel nails - instead of applying acetone to my nails only, she had me dip my fingers in acetone disguised as water which was drying and damaging to my fingers. Opted for a regular mani - no cuticle oil, no base coat, poor polish job. I do not recommend.

I went in for a full set and walked out with press ons, they didn’t last a day before the polish started peeling off

IF YOU ARE DESPERATE... Go here. Friendly. But not impressed. Nail polish quality: poor. Up charge on almost everything. $55 for my fill. If I wanted my cuticles done (this has NEVER in life been asked - automatically included), it's an extra $10. Asked for black polish. See through (see pic). Had a Pedi done. Quick. Twenty minutes and out. Everything rushed. I do my nails about every 3 weeks. Shop around.

Great place to go. It was my first time to a salon to have my feet and hands worked on. I went with my wife. The ladies were awesome. They talked with me and made me feel at ease. They have two TV's on the wall that you can watch. It was a great experience. I will be going back again.

The nail tech did an okay job. Clearly way overpriced for service I received. After 4 days my feet already need redone ?
Lots of trying to upsale services. I should only have to say no thank you once. The usual price I pay is $80-85 for the same service that I paid $105 at this shop! If service was outstanding, I wouldn’t mind paying more which is not the case here. Didn’t even get the color I chose because she couldn’t find the one I chose, just used something she thought was similar? It wasn’t. Definitely won’t be going back!!

Way overpriced for what you get. I had a pedicure that I’m highly dissatisfied with. Just to cover the basics, no cuticle softener to cut off the cuticles. A drill with a file for my heel and ball of my foot, which left them SO rough after. I declined the $10 scrub which usually comes with at other places. The massage was mediocre at best, the tech acted like she didn’t want to touch my toes. No base coat for polish and the polish was not cleaned off where it wasn’t nail. No lotion to finish it off. It was so quick and just not a good experience overall. Go elsewhere.
