This insurance company is blacklisted from every place I have called (I was rear ended by someone with Fred Loya) and can’t find anywhere that can service my vehicle since no one wants to work with them. Ridiculous

Went to pay our policy today and got told that if we wanted our policy active before midnight that they would need to take pictures of both cars and charge us an additional 25.00 and when we asked for corporate number they told that the number wasn't working

Does any one in this company have traning! This is the worst insurance company. You go in office to get help they lie and set they fixed the problem just to find out they did notTell you one thing and then another employee turns around and comes in. Tell you something else this whole company needs to be revamped and office employees need to be retrained.Don’t waste your money or your time

Cheap insurance! Better hope you don't get hit by someone with Fred Loya. My car was hit on 1/22/23' finally got a rental car on 2/7/-23 still waiting for rental reimbursement as of 3/21/23! By the way, even the cheapest rental car (which is all they provide) is about $275/week!
