Waited 35 minutes to get our food for dine in. What kind of fast food takes longer than a sit down restaurant. They take care of drive thru orders and forget the people inside. Poor customer service.

Do not order from this place via uber eats because they do NOT pay attention to the order. I have a onion allergy and decided to order from here because all the food options allowed me to select no onion. Order arrived and everything has onion on it so now I have to throw the whole order out. It's a ALLERGY I can't just pick it off and be fine. What's the point of having options to remove certain items if your employees aren't going to follow those directions?

I’ve asked if they can make a chocolate malt with syrup and vanilla custard and both times I was promised such and was given a chocolate malt made with chocolate custard. It’ll earn one star until they get it right, tell me they can’t do that. Staff is always friendly and helpful except… can’t make a malt as requested ?

The dining room was a mess, there wasn’t a single clean table, I should have left then. My burger looks undercooked, and I stopped eating it. A burger this thin should not be undercooked. The people were all friendly but I won’t be back for a while, here’s hoping I don’t get food poisoning.

I used to eat at Freddy's frequently, specifically this location. The food and service at this location has dropped drastically compared to their other locations. Just a fair warning I ate fry that left an aftertaste in my mouth that I will never forget. Absolutely disgusting.

Me and my fiance love any chance to stop by Freddy's. BUT, I'm only posting this review to highlight one employee who has made a difference in our experience on MORE THEN ONE occasion. He goes by Q. (I'm not sure how he spells it)- He fixes others mistakes happily, goes above and beyond, We admire his positive attitiude and the continued effort he puts forward when most would not bother, He is the kind of employee that makes all the difference and I truly hope he is acknowledged for his hard work. Thank you Q!!

Last time I ate here, I paid for a large fry and large drink with two meals and received medium. Not the first time this has happened. Today I got sick on extremely very salty fries and sandwich. To expensive for me to patronize for food I cannot eat as threw it out. I have told them before to go easy on the salt. Why dont they listen? Well, listen to this, I won't go back. You lost my business. And when you ask what sauce and I tell you, put it in the bag!!!

I’ve been going to Freddys for years. I will no longer go. I’m not sure what was cooked wrong, but I had instant food poisoning. I’m very bummed. Service was fine, but I think the cook may not be cooking it properly.

My first time trying Freddy’s! I came in during the lunch rush and was pleasantly surprised. The person who took my order was the manager, Keira. She was very friendly and patient with me in answering my many questions. A very hospitable place as I had employees come and check on our table and greet me at the counters! Food was delish, I recommend the grilled chicken club.

Changing my original review from a 5, 5 years ago to a 1 after our experience tonight. SO disappointing. I would have given a zero star if possible. We sat in the drive-thru window for 25+ minutes. We were told our total was $19.20 for 2 kids meals that were supposed to be $6.79 each. We asked about the total and they had rang the wrong thing in. They had to redo our order at the window. They had to take the order 3 times before getting it right. They then gave us the wrong drink. We FINALLY got our food from the gentleman at the window who LITERALLY had an INCH of snot hanging/dripping from his nose. Made our whole meal unappetizing. We drove around the building to check our meal and found 1 burger was missing cheese on it. The other burger was literally cold to touch, fries were cold and fry container was only filled 1/2 way up. We had to go BACK inside to get these things fixed. It was VERY frustrating after waiting 30 min at this point. The manager was super wonderful and helpful. She apologized and got the things remade quickly for us. She was really good and said she was going to move that guy from the drive-thru window. Overall it was a terrible experience and I will be advising friends and family not to go to this restaurant. I wouldn't be surprised if people get sick from the food not being at temperature and unsanitary practices by the staff. What was supposed to be a treat night out for my daughter and I turned into a huge disappointment and headache.
