Just bought a new, beautiful, couch!! Not a lot of reviews or pictures of it but it is beautiful and it's our space perfectly! Patty helped us and we couldn't be happier!

We just left the store on Parker Road and was helped by William Sturgill. He was very nice, patient and extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to show us everything and answer our questions, extraordinary customer service, I recommend him highly, can’t wait to go back!

We did not end up purchasing anything but the gentleman with the scooter was very helpful and went through his inventory to help us find items that fit our expectations. I unfortunately did not get his name but would highly recommend him, as he was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable.

We worked with Devan trying to find a good table for our small space. Unfortunately we were not able to find one, but she thought because this location is going through some reconstruction, that another FR location would have better inventory. We would recommend Devan for a salesperson if you go to the store in Lone Tree.

Very upset. Furniture was to be delivered on a wedneday was not delivered until tuesday following week. Coomunication from them very poor i had to keep calling to see what was going on.

We bought a set of reclinable sofas. We had a bad experience in the past with electric reclinables (old pair broke within 1yr). The sales person convinced us to buy the more expensive recliner sofa set because they had a warranty for 5yrs. For us that made it worth it.We used the warranty within the first year- the couches were not reclinig correctly and 1 wouldn't stay in the same position and would continue reclining until almost flat. They very quickly came in to fix them they worked for 7 months then started having issues again.The issue came when we contacted them again when we have the same issue. Apparently the sales person lied and the warranty i thought protected our investment was only for 1year. The 5yr policy for electrical and fixing the actual recliner apparently was just 1yr. We contacted the store and regional to no avail now we have 3 reclinable couches that don't work. I would recommend avoiding this company and not believing the sales person regarding the warranty you buy.Just be aware in our experiences electric reclinables break within a year so don't buy them.

First I want to point out that our sales person was not the issue, it was everyone after we made the purchase. We opted to pick up our items because Furniture Row has outrageous "out of area" deliver fees, $329. FYI American furniture does not charge us an "out of area" fee. Anyway I received a call that it was in sooner than expected, original delivery October. I had to scramble to get rid of our old bed & dresser. I contacted the store on Friday to ask about the box dimensions so I will know what type of vehicle to bring. The person told me I had to call the Lakewood store where I had the furniture delivered and see if they are "willing' to tell me the dimensions. Willing?..I asked. At that moment I was on the verge of cancelling my order..Chris our salesman immediately called me back with a guestimate of the dimensions. I travel to Lakewood to pick up my furniture, I get to the store, they can't find my order in the computer....I tell them to call Lone Tree, they get an order number and learn that it was delivered to the Sofa store several blocks down. I travel there, give the clerk my paperwork, she tells me to go BACK to the bedroom store, I tell her they sent me here, she is confused, I let her know if I have to go back to the bedrooms store she can just refund my order, guess what she found my order. I go to the loading dock, the guy brings the boxes. We go to load the dresser on the truck, turn it on its end and see a gaping hold i the bottom of the box and broken wood inside...nobody looked at it when they received it! I tell them I will take the bed and they will need to get a new dresser. We pull around to the side of the building to situate the bed in the truck, someone from Denver mattress comes out and asks if wE need any help, we didn't but I did mention that I will be going inside to ensure that it is properly noted that I did not take the dresser, he tells me "oh you will have to call our e-commerce line to take care of that"....WRONG THING TO SAY! I was furious, I THE CONSUMER WHO JUST SPENT $3000 WAS DOING ALL THE WORK! NOT ONE FURNITURE ROW EMPLOYEE ASKED..."HOW CAN WE FIX THIS!!!" Needless to say I immediately called Chris at Lone Tree, told him I had enough and the bed is going back. I promptly drove back to the loading dock told the kid to take the bad back, went into the store told Misha that I wanted a receipt that I returned the item AND he needed to call the Lone Tree store while I was standing there and let them know I returned it AND sign my paperwork that it was returned. I have spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at Furniture row and I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER $ THERE. They have absolutely no concept of customer service!

Went in today looking for a TV stand. Your associate was useless. He asked what we were looking for, we told him. He took a few steps with us and left. We walked to the end of the store and no one else offered to help.I'll stick with the Lone Tree store.

If you're ok spending time to pick up an order and then find out it's damaged and told the only solution is for you to pay for delivery or load up the damaged table, wait for another one to come into the store and rent another truck to pick it up...then this is the place for you. If this doesn't sound fun, shop somewhere else. The table we ordered was obviously damaged to the point that it should never have been boxed up to send to a customer in the first place. Their lack of customer service and willingness to satisfy their customers or fix their mistake is alarming. This is the cost of business, it shouldn't be a burden placed on your customers. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
