I am visiting Denver with my son for a 2 week hospital stay. My son loves Pokémon. We luckily found this awesome Pokémon store searching online. The staff was the nicest of any store we have been in (and that is a lot). The guy helping us even gave my son a gift and wished him a great hospital stay. This is a very fun and well stocked store for the Pokémon lovers out there.

Fantastic Shop! I sold them a good amount of Pokémon cards and got a fair deal. Transaction was quick and easy.

Game Force is cool as hell, I like the lay out and the selection is plenty. Retro games for all consoles, D&D, and Pokémon. They have great deals on commons games, and a solid rotation of harder to find games. I at least will be using this as a first stop location

The owners here take good care of their products and have an extensive knowledge of their cards. Singles are organized neatly in a binder by set. They got approved for distribution for Pokémon which is exciting. Love these guys, I’m looking forward to the future of this shop!

I made an order online 3 weeks ago, the order was supposed to be have come in but nothing has happened. I’ve been reaching out via email and there has been no response and the phone number on the site always goes straight to voicemail. They have taken my money and haven’t honored their deal at all to send me my order. They are only open two days a week which makes it even harder to drive down there and have a face to face conversation. If you read this Joe or whoever owns this place. Please read your email, turn your phone on, I would like my money back!

The owners and workers are always so nice and attentive, no matter who is working. They make sure to give you quality service and items. They are willing to answer any questions you may have. I also got amazing pins for a great price recently. I will be for sure returning to this store!

A great selection of Pokémon cards, both packs and singles, as well as Pokémon pins and Pokémon coins. They also have their own mystery packs, which are a collection of several rare or higher cards, quite the deal! The employee is very knowledgeable and is very amicable! An absolute blast shopping here, and I will be back for more!

Husband bought some cards here. Said they were friendly. He was happy with the box he bought. Apparently was a very good price.

After visiting Game Force in Boulder I was ecstatic to find out there is another location. The reviews were really good too. Unfortunately I had a completely different experience. The staff wasn't very attentive and seemed like I was bothering them each time I asked for assistance. There were three Gamecube games I wanted. Upon review of the discs it was clear they would not play without skipping or freezing. There were deep scratches on al three. Yet Game Force was charging $20-$30 for them. This was quite disappointing. When looking at some of their Game Boy selection there were a few in the box that were cheap knock offs of real games. These were not labeled as such. Half of their selection are reproduction games. This is definitely a store I will skip next time I'm in town. Go to nearby Doc's instead.

Wine gets better with age.. so does Game Force! In the early 2000's I split my business between GF and Buy Back Games. They had a location off Holly St that I rode my bike to when I was.. 10? As Buy Back Games closed and GF moved, I noticed that things weren't as cool as they once were. Almost had a run down feeling. Today, I went in and was shocked how clean it was and how full the shop was. So many COOL and affordable products, from legacy Sega stuff to used Switch games, they had it all. Great prices too. They really have an opportunity to gouge prices considering the massive retro gaming wave happening right now. Given, it is a retail store so things are more expensive than buying some broken crap on eBay. But, they'll stand behind it and test it, and you can get it today. More, now than ever, we should be supporting our small businesses and this is one that will be a Colorado landmark for a long time to come! Final note, I bought a Switch for Xmas but immediately hid it to keep it from my kids. We're coming from a Wii and have never used a Switch. Joe was super helpful, considering my lack of knowledge, and explained things to me that may be easy to him, but was valuable knowledge for me. Never felt talked down to, that's really good business to me.
