Store manager called the cops on me because she claimed that I was being aggressive all because I was speaking to her and responding to her calling me a liar. Store associate lied about their return policy. Store manager claim that I was lying because I wanted to get something out of the store for free.

the staff are super helpful but I'm not going to pre-order anything on this store again. I never got a phone call of my pre-order and was told one of the staff sold it.

Update: Shea is a lifesaver, went in to try to get the situation fixed again, the guy in store today Shea, did the swap out no problem, knew what needed to be done and even better, was willing to let me pay the difference on getting a new item, employee like this are what make these stores worth going to
Went in to swap a controller out that I had a warranty on, was told that even tho I bought the controller new 2 months ago, it had to be replaced with a used item, that was fine. Got home and started to play with the “new” item, it’s even more defective than the one I swapped it out for. Went back to hopefully get a replacement or even the controller I had originally, nope, was told I’m SOL and stuck with the defective one. No refund, no offer to do anything except send me home with a broken item. I will not be buying any warranties from GameStop again and will probably stick to buying my gaming accessories from Sony directly from here on out, shame that brick and mortar stores like GameStop are doing everything in their power to put themselves out of business.

I've been a loyal GameStop customer for years, and the Cedar Ave location in Aurora, CO, has consistently exceeded my expectations. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a vibrant atmosphere that screams "gamer paradise." The store is always impeccably organized, making it easy to find the latest releases or hidden gems.
But what truly sets this GameStop apart is its incredible staff. They're not just knowledgeable about gaming; they're passionate enthusiasts who genuinely care about helping customers find the perfect game or accessory. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a casual player, they take the time to understand your interests and offer personalized recommendations that you won't find anywhere else.
During the recent Pro Week, this GameStop went above and beyond. They had exclusive deals on the hottest games and hardware, along with special events and tournaments that fostered a real sense of community among gamers. I was able to snag some incredible bargains and even met some fellow gamers who shared my love for all things PlayStation.
Speaking of PlayStation, this GameStop has an impressive selection of PS5 games and accessories, and they're always up-to-date with the latest releases. Even during the PS5 shortage, they managed to secure a decent stock, which is a testament to their dedication to their customers.
In addition to their exceptional customer service and vast selection, this GameStop also offers a convenient trade-in program, allowing you to turn your old games into credit towards new purchases. It's a fantastic way to keep your gaming library fresh without breaking the bank.
Overall, GameStop Cedar Ave is a haven for gamers of all ages and skill levels. Their knowledgeable staff, unbeatable deals (especially during Pro Week!), and welcoming atmosphere make it my go-to destination for all things gaming. Whether you're looking for the latest releases, rare collectibles, or just some friendly advice, this GameStop has got you covered. Highly recommended!

Store closes at 8, and employees have "been on break" since 6:50 and it's 7:15. Waste of time.Edit: store finally reopened and there's 2 employees scrambling to get everything going again. Common sense would say one worker could have taken a break while the other assisted customers, but I guess that's too inconvenient.Won't be back. Too many locations to choose from.

This location has screwed me over. Then the manager has the nerve to tell me the employees do drugs at the store. Texting me instructions to show the employees to hopefully do there job and fix my order. It's been two weeks now and customer support nor them have fixed this. Thanks I traded in alot of games and consoles for this. I hope this location falls under. Horrible people

They didn’t have the 360 game I was looking for, but pointed me in the right direction as to where I could find it. Very helpful all the time, I’ve never had a bad experience with them.
