Store has great options and selections of items. Easy to pre-order items, and we always end up buying more than we intended, because they give such good information on products they sell.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would this place is a joke! I came in to get a replacement controller since I bought the warranty on it and instead of giving me a working ps5 controller replacement they gave me a busted pre owned controller came back and tested every single pre owned ps5 controller and saw that every single controller had some sort of problem to them would not recommend at all

Do not shop at GameStop they are liars thieves scalpers and morons. I got their Pro membership when I purchased a Nintendo switch for my daughter's come to find out it is a waste of time, I canceled my membership a year ago and told them that I no longer wanted it a year later I got charged for their stupid Pro membership so I called the 1-800 number and they told me that I had to go to the store and they can't handle it over the phone to fix the situation so I did visit the store at 313 p.m. where the two transgender idiots at the front door who were closing the store down told me they couldn't handle my situation and I had to speak to a manager the next day because he wasn't there that day(the store closes at 8:00 p.m. by the way). Do not get the pro membership or whatever the hell they call it is a scam and they will continue to charge your account regardless of whether you've canceled it A YEAR PREVIOUS or not. Horrible experience 100% do not recommend stay away from the store and do not buy anything from them. You can get stuff from Amazon Walmart any internet website for way less money and a lot less headache. Do yourself a favor and never ever shop here do not deal with these idiots they will drive you crazy and cost you a ton of time and inconvenience.
