I have shopped at this Goodwill for years, and it has gone down considerably in the last year or so. I now drive out of my way to go to different Goodwill stores. The shelves are a mess and stacked so full there's almost no way to shop. The clothing racks are crammed so full you have to rip things out of them, and the racks are so close you can't even get in between them. Management used to be friendly and welcoming. Now it feels like you're in their way and they refused to be friendly. The store is a dump. I don't know what happened or why things changed, that it's a miserable place to shop.

The prices are not comparible to other Goodwill's. Almost every item picked up was broken or damaged somehow! Broken items should never even make it to the shelves!! You can't really use a cart in this store unless you plan to stay only in the main aisles. The racks are crammed together and you can't navigate through the aisles unless you go without a cart. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful mostly. They had 2 sale tag colors, but barely any sale items on the shelves of mostly damaged goods.

Great value... this location has some higher quality clothes and I'm always looking for treasures.

I'll give them 5 stars because there was nothing bad about this Goodwill but it was busy, a lot of people, and I'm not about being around a ton of people. The electronics section was almost non-existent and there was no case where they keep the good stuff.

First they took away the changing rooms, but they had an area with some mirrors and racks for unwanted items. At least that way you could try something on over your clothes. Now they even took that away so there is no real way to try things on and see how they look. The idea that you should buy things, try them on at home and return them for store credit only is ridiculous. Only people with a very comfortable amount of discretionary income and spare time can afford to do this. So essentially, the people who need Goodwill the most are the ones who lose out. This caters primarily to resellers and people who thrift just for fun. People with a small budget deserve a dignified shopping experience too.

Happen to be driving by I used to buy my work clothes and other clothes here but now they have clothes the fitting room to see if the clothes fit I asked if I could use the restroom to try on some clothes and they said no they said I had two weeks to bring back and they will give me in-store credit if the tag was on the clothes once again bad people ruining it for the good people and of course the store doesn't care too bad anyone to come in here to buy clothes I would say just go somewhere else because you'll end up buying it whether it fits or not because you will only get in-store credit if you leave the tag on you can't even try the clothes on what a joke ?

Clothing store without changing rooms and bathrooms are locked. They don’t give you the code, you get the privilege of being escorted to use the bathroom by a team member

I have donated here for years and today a dark complected woman with a blonde wig yelled at my son to get back in the car as he was getting items out to be donated. There were no cars around us, no forklifts, etc. so safety was no concern. Then she proceeded to talk poorly about us to the person donating in front us since I told her my son is retrieving items out of the car. I will never donate here again as long as she is there, poor service! Especially to those donating!!!

This is a review of all Goodwill stores in the metro area and maybe state. I can somewhat judge what won’t fit before trying it on, yet only maybe 1 in 10 things that I try on fits well enough to buy. Goodwill does not have dressing rooms. Not only that, they do not give refunds and refunds must be made at the store of purchase. I am unlikely to visit these stores again once I use up a store credit because:
• Taking clothes home to try on is an added expense of time and money (gas/car wear & tear) if the clothes don’t fit and I need to bring them back for a credit
• Store credit is essentially an interest-free loan to Goodwill. When there were dressing rooms, this was acceptable. Without the ability to try on before buying, it is not acceptable. Goodwill should allow returns of clothing if dressing rooms won’t be provided.
• Store credit via a piece of paper, rather than having a plastic gift card that can be tracked online used only with a secure code, is risky; it can be lost. Technology exists to make the credit more secure and should be provided.
• Not being able to return an item to a location other than where it was purchased does not make sense, in this age of computers. I live in a large metro area with many Goodwill locations. If I go to the other side of town, I used to make a point to pop into one or more locations on my way home. Because of the dressing room situation and return policies, I’m no longer going to bother.
• As part of my boycott of Goodwill, I will also no longer donate. I will only donate where I shop, which has always included another major chain.
• It seems like the only people who benefit from Goodwill not having dressing rooms are the people who buy the best things so they can turn around and sell them online for a profit. They don’t try on clothes. They take away from the people who can’t afford those better brands, and now they’ll profit even more.

Visiting the area on vacation and stopped in this Goodwill. Selection was generally kinda meh and there were 2 employees having a full-blown shouting match on the floor. My daughter and I were both just like "well that's certainly professional" ? We didn't buy anything and if I lived in the area, I would not go out of my way to shop here.

Apparently they have closed dressing rooms permanently. I was told I have two weeks to return the clothes with tags on. My issue is they will only give store credit and not give your money back. No thanks. I'll stop donating to them as well. Not everyone has the ability to purchase a bunch of clothes to try on at home only to return what doesn't fit for store credit.

I went to this location to donate a table lamp that was in new condition that I no longer needed and felt that I would be donating it to a Good cause. This Goodwill store is relatively close to my house. The drive-in donation line was very long, so I parked, walked up to the donation area and carefully placed the lamp next to some other items. As I was walking off, one of the busy lady receiving clerks shouted to me that I must be in line to donate items and that if I didn't that it was considered illegally dumping trash; indicating that I should take the item back.I haven't been back to any of the Goodwill stores since to donate Or purchase items.I now donate all of my good condition items to an Arc donation center or store, where all of my eligible items are gladly accepted with a smile. It's also just a little father to drive there, but I happily donate and purchase from my local Arc thrift stores.
