The staff are very rude they let some people walk around the store with their bags and when myself and my roommate go in with our backpacks we cannot bring them in the store I would like to speak whoever is in charge and I would like to to file a complaint on those women working at registers today you cannot play favoritism and let some people in with their purses and bags and not let in people who have backpacks that is considered discrimination.

I enjoy shopping there but their prices are higher than Ross now

Don’t have open changing rooms and they make returns not easy plus the store is not organized well, they have stuff everywhere. They will not give credit back on card but do store credit instead and don’t even tell you how long you have to use it.

It's better to go to Walmart there you find cheap clothes. Practically, Goodwill almost gives you the same prices for used and damaged clothing.

This location is an absolute waste of time. The "boutique" is never open, and they decided to permanently close their bathrooms to combat theft. The attitude is take it or leave it, so I left it. If you can't maintain a quality experience for those of us who shop here, then close the store if its that bad. This is not how you do retail.

I entered Goodwill with a personal problem today. The management was so responsive and attuned to my concerns. She and her staff walked me through to the end of the shift...and even beyond. I just wanted to give them recognition...the store is amazing and I will be back on better terms. Blessings Guys...you know who I am talking about.

Horrible Customer Service!
The 1 and only cashier was Extremely slow. She was carrying on a conversation with the 2 women she was checking out, looking up every so often to see the line growing. She stepped away from the register a couple of times. The Line continues to grow. She finally called for another cashier. ( She was still working with the same 2 women.) The second cashier had an attitude when I asked her if they only have 1 cashier. She informed me, that she worked in the back and she wouldn't know the 1 cashier was busy unless she called for help. I physically saw multiple employees walking around in the store. You have lost a Customer!!

This goodwill is always so clean, the customer service is always so friendly, and the store smells like laundry. The boutique on the inside is very well put together and has more expensive looking items. Great selection of clothes, shoes and housewares.

I have been going there for years.My number one spot I used to go to.
I don't know who is running it. Now, but the prices have tripled with with inflation up and everything else costing more. I guess goodwill decided it was a good idea to raise all their prices 3 times it was a month ago.
I've noticed a lot less customers there all the time. And i'm pretty sure that's the reason why. Lost another customer!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received and I have thrifted for the last 18 years. The manager was the worst and the least helpful. Shopped here on 4/17/2024. I will never return to this location. The store was nasty and completely disorganized on top of the customer service. Highly recommend traveling to the next nearest location by you. I’m in complete disbelief.

My wife absolutely loves this Goodwill!
The employees are super nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized for the customers. I am an expediter so we travel all over the United States. I have been in all lower 48 States and she has been to 24 States and probably to who knows how many Goodwill stores, but she is overly excited about this store and the employees.
Thank you Goodwill employees in Aurora, Colorado for making my wife's day......twice.
