I dropped off a donation. I like the way youare able to drive up to the donation side and someone comes out to assist you. The young man came out and got the end table out of the back of the truck and I didn't even have to get out. He then brought me a donation form to claim on my taxes. Great place to donate and very customer friendly at the donation site.

Fairly good selection when comparing it to other area Goodwill’s although I did find a lot of broken merchandise on the shelves which should probably be sent over to the Goodwill outlet instead of put on the regular Goodwill shelves seeming how there’s a Goodwill outlet like five minutes down the road. Overall very friendly staff also, this location is better organized than most in the area.

Fitting rooms are permanently closed "for your safety" aka they don't want to pay anyone to deal with them. Also they don't give refunds on any items you need to return, only store credit.

Clean store, however, the dressing rooms are closed for some reason and prices are steep for a thrift store. For example, a uhaul furniture blanket was up for $12.99. Changing rooms should be open to allow individuals to try items on.

The Goodwill store is always on-point. They accept our donations with grace. Our kids grow out of their clothes quickly in a sense so we quickly gather up the old stuff and it becomes someone's new stuff. We clean everything we donate and make sure it's in good condition. The notion of sharing and giving back to those who may be in serious need of help, is a beautiful way of moving forward while helping others get by.This location has a decent and safe parking lot. Hard working staff with a kind way of handling business.

Prices at this Goodwill are absolutely ridiculous! I refuse to donate to them even though I live nearby and it would be convenient. When the cashier asked me if I would round up to the next dollar I said “no, why would I give you more money when I’m already paying these stupid high prices!!!”

Went Sunday 8/20. I primarily look at the objects, not much for clothing and accessories. A great majority of the objects I picked up were $8.99. Only one was a 50% off color. I put half my cart back because of pricing. It just doesn’t make sense and is so arbitrary. Then their ‘boutique’ room… supposedly where the nicer clothing items are, but you can find better stuff out on the main floor.Goodwill pricing just seems higher lately.

Today 8/7 I was shopping I found a pair of jeans for $5.99 and a pj set that was not marked. The cashiers called their manager who was a Spanish women on the light side and she said $7.99 (I was expecting like $3.99 maybe even $5.99) so I said I’m good. As the cashiers continue checking me out she looks at my jeans doesn’t touch them nothing but looks at them and says “those are 7.99” with no reasoning at all just “7.99” when the cashiers got confused and asked me if they were children’s , she butted in very rude saying no they’re adults they’re 7.99…. But the tag clearly said 5.99. I guess they can raise prices just by looking at items ? I also think it’s completely unfair we can’t get cash back with your fitting rooms being closed permanently

Shout out to the associate who sped by me while I was putting clothes up on the women's rack saying, "That's not where it goes" to which I responded "Oh, then where do I put it?" though she had already taken off. At a normal Goodwill or thrift store you have the rack to leave clothes that you aren't buying on. This Goodwill's changing rooms are closed. So put the clothes back where you found them, right? Well the clothes weren't in the right place to begin with. Maybe if they let customers leave them on those assorted rolling racks instead of trying to put them back themselves, the place would be organized better. Sometimes sizes say small but fit more like large, sometimes something is a mid sleeve, so does it go to the long sleeve section or short sleeve? I tried my best to put them back where they belong but I'm not confident. I know it sounds silly or like I should know better but I'll go through the same rack two or three times because I get so lost in them. If you were a lil more open minded and willing to engage in a conversation rather than scold me you might just learn why I did it a way I felt was more efficient and to your benefit. Ah well. Good hauls were found anyway.
