Mitch and Jose were excellent. Quick, professional, good personalities, and worked with me on everything. 10/10 recommended using 1800-got-junk if you need stuff picked

The prices they charge now, you might as well go to Kohl's or Burlington. At least you know you have a better chance of finding clothes that actually fit and someones FUPA didn't blow out the seams.

The staff are busy organizing the merchandise. If you're looking for well-known brand-name products, try another store.
They offer various discount events on different days of the week. However, it's a bit disappointing that the restrooms are locked and there are no fitting rooms. Returns are only accepted within two weeks and refunded as store credit. It was nice to see many people coming to donate items.

This place is great for anyone looking for clothes or jeans, they have a large, well-organized selection (thanks to the staff’s hard work). However, if you're like me and searching for tea sets or home decor, the options are pretty limited. They do have plenty of glass cups available though.

Manager Jemi was extremely rude, judgemental, and disrespectful. Store was dirty for a goodwill, and that's saying something... Will take my thrifting elsewhere for sure.

Best store in Denver! My sincere THANKS to great Cashier Berto. Berto is highly professional, Customer oriented, has very warm and kind personality, very friendly and attentive to all Customers, he provides professional help and at the same time can easily support talk to any topic.
Also want to express my sincere GRATITUDE to wonderful Cashiers - Gabby and Amanda. Gabbi and Amanda are very professional, naturally kind, very nice and make atmosphere in the store warm by their joyful and cheerful personality.
The store becomes better and better each time we come. Assortment is impressive! All the clothes is beautifully and neatly placed on the hangers, all souvenirs, furniture - everything placed in a perfect order.
Also very glad that shelves with shoes have been recently placed with wider distance from one another so that you can see everything easier. The store is always extraordinary clean.
All these factors make us and a lot of other Customers come here again and again.
My sincere RESPECT and ADMIRATION to the Director of the Store and Assistant Manager of the Store who hire best staff and keep the store on a very high level!

Upon arriving to drop off furniture donations (nice condition) and art work, I was rudely turned away. They would only accept my clothes. The man said to me: "we ain't taking cause no one is buying" and "oh, I ain't leaning into the bed of the truck to get those bags. You Can do that."

Stopped on the evening of 3/22/2024, not a friendly cashier. She denied the used of the bathroom. She just claimed they were closed.

I always end up finding good stuff at this thrift store. This past Saturday though, i did have a unfortunate experience. I noticed the cashier automatically rounded up my change to donate. I don't mind them asking but i do mind not being asked and automatically taking a donation. When i asked the cashier if she rounded up my change to make a donation she replied by saying "do you want to donate or not?" i replied "i though it was optional, you didn't asked me if i wanted to donate" she replied again by saying "do you want to donate or not?" i replied by saying "no i do not, i should have been asked first" she removed the round up and gave me my receipt without saying anything. I donate occasionally and would have no problem donating spare change but i do have a problem with them rounding up without asking. This is unethical. She did not care to apologize and even seemed annoyed that i questioned it. I would also like to point out that it is already inconvenient that there are no dressing rooms, which has make me donate less often.
