Do not spend your money at this place. They will try to rip you off. I brought my vehicle in to replace a tire that had a screw in it. They informed me that I would need to replace all four tires because it was illegal for them to replace the one. The reason being that the other tires had wear on them and it would be unsafe. That is a load of BS. The other tires are only one year old and have plenty of tread on them. They figured since I have to have a tire quick, they could go ahead and rip me off even more. That might work on an old lady but I’m not that gullible. Thank god for Amazon! I will receive the tire tomorrow and go somewhere else to have it replaced. You people should be ashamed!……….as an update, I went to another tire store to purchase a tire. They scanned my tread and did an inspection and confirmed that my other tires were fine. That confirms my belief that this place tried to steal my money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

I was late to my appointment, but they were able to get me in anyway. Xiomara and Melissa were very patient and professional, going over options for new tires and battery that I needed before road trips this summer. Awesome!

Would like to thank everyone at Goodyear for their outstanding service they have shown me the last15 years. I recently found a84 greenwood corvette that been stored in a garage for the last 15 years. I took it to Goodyear to bring it back to live. We did a complete overhaul on the engine and transmission and I could not be more pleased with the results.

I've been coming to this Goodyear for years. Not only is the staff friendly and professional, but they give excellent customer service.
I went in today for an alignment and oil change and they explained things to me every step of the way. My car drives straight now.

Replaced alternator in my car. Did such a poor job that it fried my cars electrical system and had to be sold for scrap. Dealership ran tests on car, determined an improper splice/solder was to blame.

The front desk guy, Henry, worked with me while I was in town and had 2 blown tires. He got me squared away with everything I needed and answered lots & lots of questions.

I went for an alignment and after 2 hrs of them attempting to work on it I was told I had to replace my tie rods so they couldn’t complete my alignment. After getting my tie rods replaced I went back to get an alignment after 2.5hrs they gave me some crappy excuse that since I replaced the tie rods they can sometimes make it difficult to perform and that they tried to align it and it should drive straight now but that they maxed out the right side and that maybe it was due to the fact that we only replaced the one side. Corrected him and said both tie rods were replaced so it just upset me that I did my part and they couldn’t follow through on their end. At this point I had asked for info on what exactly they did so that way I can get a second opinion since my car still wasn’t driving straight. I ended up taking my car in to the Goodyear off of broadway and they said that it’s not the first time that they’ve had to correct jobs done by this location. Needless to say my alignment is fixed my car drives straight.

Don't come here techs are not trained. They just thrown the techs to work with whatever comes in.
