This place sucks. I go in there for a haircut. She pretty much talked me out of a haircut and then trimmed my hair just a little bit like maybe not even a quarter inch off and you have and still charges me full price. Please do not come here

I had a horrible experience in this location, the stylist at first told me a few times that I should wash my hair before a hair cut. I came straight to work like always. The she kept pulling my hair by trying to com it without getting it wet. The last pull was hard that I complained and finally she had the bright idea to get it wet. I usually go to Great Clips for my haircuts, I hesitant to come back, I got the worst haircut ever.

Came in for a simple bang trim and walked out a disaster. One side was already an uneven thickness so i asked Shay if she could make it the same as the other.. after the hair trim i pointed out to her that she pulled too much hair and left it way thicker than the other side. Her reply to me was that it can’t “always be the same on both sides.” Total joke. Don’t recommend getting hair cut with Shay. Had i known this was going to happen i would have just messed it up at home myself FOR FREE .

I’ve always known about this great clips, but it was really grateful to see they had new staff. The lady we had was fantastic and did an excellent job on my babies hair.
