Unfortunately, this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. The stylist MIMI not only completely messed up my hair but was also extremely arrogant and dismissive when I tried to explain what I wanted. There was no care or attention to detail, and instead of listening, she rushed through the cut and acted like she knew better. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not coming back, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for respectful service or a decent haircut.

I went out of my way to try this place due to a coupon I received. I checked in online where it told me there was a 0 min wait. I waited anyway as there were 4 people in front of me. This misleading check in system coupled with the fact that the coupon 'couldn't' be accepted for some unkown reason, guaranteed I wont ever return.

I went to get a mullet today. Had a dude with purple hair as my stylist. I showed him the references of what I wanted, he acknowledged it and started it. It was going fine till he started shaving near the back. I asked what he was doing he responded with "I'm just going for it". And besides messing up what I clearly told him I wanted, the lines were jagged, he left me patchy in the back and with long hairs where they shouldn't be. Don't go there. The stylists minus Linda all suck. They've messed up me and my families hair for a while.

Go here if you want the worst hair cut ever , they do not know how to blend , fade , line up , pretty much a kindergarten could do better and that’s 20 years running they been messing people hair up how are they still open , use to be a noodles and company and chipotle in the same parking lot that’s how long they been messing with peoples hair

My regular stylist has retired so I had someone else cut it.
Bad experiences. Charles cut it (if you can call it that) and he must have not cleaned his tools because my scalp was irritated for 5 days after. He has cut my hair before and was very arrogant and had the nerve to tell me he is the stylist he will cut it the way he wants. I had to tell him I am the customer, he will cut it how I want it.
I had to get another cut sooner than normal. Went this past weekend 8/11, to get a haircut. I told the woman how I wanted it cut, scissor cut on top because I like a short, she said I will you a six on you. I should have just jumped out of the chair and ran. Then she checked me out and had no clue how the register worked. She didn’t get a tip because she didn’t know how to do it on the register.
Long story short - stay away from this place.

Their online hours are out of date. Got here only to find a locked door with different hours than what's on the great clips website. Apparently they actually close at 5.

Went for a haircut this afternoon, I checked in, i didn't had to wait which it was a plus for me ?
From the start I get asked what I want to get done, I was thinking a long bob and curtain bangs, and told her not to short.
The stylist began telling me, "well do you want a bob or not, because what you're asking it's not it. Like i tell everyone who comes here, you should bring a picture or something to reference from"
I just though to myself well " I'm sorry for not having the correct terminology, you're the expert right! And yes maybe I should of brought a picture, but to be so rude and talk to you that way ??♀️
She proceeded to the bangs, never did she asked what length, how full. NOTHING!
She just proceed to cutting them... Of course so short and just like she had told me before, "is that too short?, well that's where they'll start ? and you should of brought a picture to see what you wanted"
At this point I was just done and let her finish and for me to leave. I did tip her but not coming to get my hair cut with her again and of course i did not get the haircut I wanted whatsoever!
