Update 03 02 2025
Went from a 2 to a 5. Staff was available, friendly, and helpful. Everything was in stock. I'm near the Southlands mall in Aurora CO. A store in the area is greatly needed. There are many empty storefronts available. The store here would be same distance as from the Alameda store to the Hampden store. A demographic ripe for the picking. Thanks Harbor Freight!
On this visit I was throughly unhappy. I hand checked to see if a product was available and it was. I came off the jobsite and found the item was not there. Took an hour out of my day. Went to another hardware store for the product.

In a really terrible part of town. While I was in there so.eone grabbed items and ran out of the store. There is no security and the employees don't care about the safety of the customers. The parking lot is just a place to get robbed or you vehicle stolen. The only advantage is the cheap tools in the store.

Harbor freight is great for value tools, and most know that going in. Got a great deal on my torque wrench, but they were very overwhelmed while I was there and lines took a while.

Great prices on decent quality tools and supplies. The Aurora location is very busy on weekends. I would recommend on going during the week instead if you don’t need the items you’re shopping for same day
