Made a reservation 9/18 for pickup on the morning of 9/19. I asked to be picked up and they agreed. Called the morning of to confirm. They confirmed. When the time came to pick me up, they didn’t pick me up and they didn’t even have a car ready for me. I waited the entire day and nothing. Went back today 9/20 and was told that I would not be given priority even though it’s now been over 24 hours since my rental time. They said they would not have a car for me again. He was also very rude to me and literally said “I’m not helping you.” Even though I never raised my voice, acted rudely, or asked for anything unreasonable. I took my business down the street to enterprise, where I was actually treated like a human being with feelings and got a car within 10 minutes of walking in the store. I would suggest you to do the same!

The team were really helpful and friendly, the pick-up and the dropped off was really fast and easy 100% recommended if you need a rental vehicle you won't be disappointed

Very friendly staff, I was an hour early for my pickup time and they were able to accommodate me right away. Vehicle was new, clean, and nice! They answered any questions or concerns I had since reading previous reviews on Google I was nervous but renting here was cheaper than the airport. But, everything worked out! Will definitely be coming back here.

Brittany is phenomenal. This is probably my third time coming to this location and somehow always get serviced by Brittany; she’s always so welcoming, kind, and makes everything happen in a timely manner. And the times I’ve had to make a phone call, they always answer right away. Hertz is definitely one of my favorite places to rent from.

This place sucks. The tall guy that works there. Is a number one A H. He makes the place not worth going to. Very rude. Advice. Eat something other then your. Not a nice person to deal with.

Brittany Ware—Branch Manager of this location. She deserves a raise! I really enjoyed her personality. It was my first time renting a car and I was running 5 minutes late. When I arrived, Brittany was still very kind to me and treated me with respect. I was having the worst day before and her kindness and bubbly personality really lifted my spirits. She explained the whole car rental process to me and I went on my way. I appreciated it and I wanted to write a rave review about it.

I really like the employees at this location. I have had to rent quite a bit in the last few weeks, and the staff greet me by name. They have been awesome!

We had a reservation and when it was time to pick up the vehicle they only had electric vehicles available.

Quick and friendly service. I was able to get in and out in under 5 minutes for both the pickup and the return. The vehicle was clean and new and everything worked mechanically sound.
