Score of the bottle of Scotch that's hard to find for a reasonable price. So A+ there. They could be a little bit more knowledgeable about their whisky though. Overall decent store.

Horrible customer service. I thought that the cashiers was rude. She was not knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She didn’t ask me questions pertaining to what I was looking for and made an assumption and directed me to the wrong area. I ended up having to find it on my own, which I am okay with.
When I didn’t use a Spanish accent to say the name of a Spanish drink, she corrected me as though I was wrong because I didn’t say it with an accent and I am Hispanic.
She knew exactly what I meant, and she didn’t need to correct me just because I didn’t use a Spanish accent. I consider that to be rude, inappropriate and disrespectful.
If I use an English accent to enunciate something, I shouldn’t leave, thinking that I did something wrong, especially when she knew exactly what I meant. As a Hispanic man, if I did that to any of my non-Hispanic clients, I would consider that to be rude and disrespectful. That’s not nice or ethical.
She also didn’t ask me for my I.D. and she told me that it wasn’t required. Even if it’s not required, I like to be asked to show my ID. When I pulled my ID out to show it to her, she didn’t even verify what my age was. She didn’t even look at it or confirm that it was me.

Be sure to ask for a receipt when you come here. I've been overcharged three times now. The first two times (over a period of several months) I caught when they rang me up, but a couple weeks ago I didn't notice until I checked my bank statement. Each time they overcharged me about $10 - $15. It's a bummer because some folks that work there are really nice, but I guess there are definitely some scammers. Just to be safe I would say to avoid.

Needed some Lagunitas IPA and we saw the store on our way to the car. Walked on over. Lots of items stocked in the store. He found what he wanted and went up to pay. Associate was fine. Lots of parking in the shared parking lot. Convenient location so we may shop here more often.
