Customers appreciate the good discounts available. However, some shoppers feel that the customer service could improve, as experiences with staff may vary. Additionally, some customers have noted the presence of LGBTQ+ pride products, which may not appeal to everyone. Overall, H&M is a place to find trendy clothing, but expectations regarding service and product range may differ. Face masks are required for entry into all US stores.
The gentleman in the store seemed like he didn't want to help me, but the young lady was fantastic. This is the reason why I gave it a five-star rating.

Clean was great! I actually like the idea of being able to just browse the store without being hassle by staff. It was nice, peaceful. I also like that there were sz XL available. I would definitely shop in this H&M again.

The place is incredibly nice, very quiet, a place to have fun with the family.
