They are my first store to visit with change of seasons. Just wish they’d stop making the sleeves so darn long in stuff -Stockholm people and designers take note !!! Otherwise they are way ahead in design for amazing prices. Love 💕 H+M!!

I made some purchases online, when I returned at this store. I didn’t get my tax money back. I just want to say big thanks to the manager Katrina is very friendly. But the other manager with first letter’V’ in black face has horrible services! Saying that People ever never get their Tax money back with return or exchange!! This is a theft and stolen money from their customers.

The store is quite dirty. The floors of the fitting rooms are disgusting. I was charged for a bag even though I said I didn't want one, nor did I receive one. One of the shirts I purchased was dirty and had stains on it. Wish I had noticed before I got home.

The store itself is not bad, I just don’t like its contents, I mean the product. And so, in principle, the discounts are good and if you like something, you can buy it!
