Super friendly people work here I was looking for some shut offs and the gentleman in the plumbing department came up to me and asked if he can help me find what I needed and he took me right to the shut off valve that I need he’s was super helpful and I was able to get out the the store in a timely manner.

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot more and more since my business expanded. One project I’ve been having issues on is staining a door with the right color. Without having a proper example of a sample to color match I’d been going back and forth. I finally asked someone for help and Isaac got me everything I needed and gave me some good insight behind staying. Shout out to Isaac Teague

We went in to buy some lumber at 1528 store and the cashier Loree was very rude! First when we walked up she was shoving M & M's in her mouth and chewing very gross....she argued about a piece of lumber we got that was a 2x4x116 and it was a couple inches longer she said we need to grab the same size ones although there were others the same length....then when I preceeded to pay the credit card machine was acting up and wasn't accepting my card...and to my dismay she RIPPED my card out of my hand and tried to insert the chip....then when the machine said to swipe she said ohhh it's not working and we have to reboot it....if my husband hadn't had gone out to start loading the lumber I would have just left my cart and walked out. Very unprofessional and very rude if I have to go back to this location definitely won't be in her line I will avoid her and leave to another store if I need to. And funny on the receipts now there is no way to leave a review anymore so on Google is where it will be left.

Purchased 3 gallons paint for a project at a different store, they accidentally mixed it wrong and had 2 gallons that were different than the one I provided the color code and mixing information for. Customer service said "every Home Depot is different" and that they could do nothing. Refused any kind of assistance. No professional ownership. Very odd that Home Depot stores can't handle issues caused by other stores.
Another reason to shop Lowes.

I love to visit this store . most of associates are friendly and good knowledgeable of their job.
Recently I have painted my fence and house. Adrina from paint department helped me to find each and every items for the project and also recommended products including pros and cons.

Jon was great. Not only a wealth of plumbing knowledge but he helped me make the best choice for pantry doors. He brings real experience to his job at the depot. Honorable mention to Jennifer, too! She is always a delight to see at the registers and a fin sense of humor.
