Waited for 20 minutes for a cashier to get a sku for an item I was trying to buy that was clearly labeled and priced. When asked if she could enter it in I was told no. I eventually just walked out.

We purchased a microwave from Home Depot and paid for their people to install it. Now, the installers are refusing to come and install it. They want to be paid additional cash on top of the $139 fee we already paid. They say our walk isn't shoveled and they won't walk on snow. They make appointment and do not show up. We tried to get a refund and return the microwave but they say they have a 48 hour return policy. They have us "over a barrel"! Do not buy anything from this place. They are dishonest and refuse to do what we paid for. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Drove to this store because the one we shopped in today was out of stock for 2 toilet seats we wanted. We found them at a higher price here and my son presented his military ID for a 10% discount. That's all he has to do at other area Home Depots. This one requires an online account. The manager said she'd issue the discount this one time. When we arrived home, we reviewed the receipt and saw the manager only provided a discount for ONE of the two identical items purchased. Is that half a thanks to veterans? It was disappointing to see the manager pulled a fast one and disrespected my 100% disabled veteran son. (The other Home Depot we made multiple purchases at earlier today issued provided the discount for all of my son's purchases, not just one.)

I tried buying some led light strips to go around my room celling, the first time they didn't work at all so I returned them for what I thought was a new set thinking these are going to work can't go wrong twice took them out of the box plug them up they worked okay thow the box away laid the lights on the desk to install at a later time. Few days later hanging the multi colored light strip got everything up plugged up the lights and the didn't come on missed with the plug to make sure it was plugged in and the end contacted to the led strip fell off defective parts going to try to take them back and explain but remember I thought everything was fine so I tossed the box it came in. So I advise NOT TO BUY ANY MULTI COLORED ITEMS FROM THIS LOCATION THEY SELL DEFECTIVE ITEMS I'M SURE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, A BIG LOST BECAUSE OF THE BOX JUST GOING TO GIVE THEM THE LIGHTS I CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THE LED LIGHT STRIP BROKEN IN THE BOX THAT THEY ARE SEALING TO THE PUBLIC.
