Worst customer service at the rental department. Whoever is managing that department should get their associates a course on how to deal with customers who waited a month to rent an item and all of a sudden gets cancelled with no explanation. I tried to call to get an explanation on why my truck got cancelled and got hung up or put on hold and never got an answer. I had been waiting a month to get my project done :(

Not a bad spot. The parking lot is usually pretty full. I recommend parking by the exit, that's where all of the registers are inside. I find it easier to get in and out this way. The staff always seem to be friendly too. We appreciate it. Thanks for all the hard work during these times.

The truck rental team is awesome and made the whole process so easy in comparison to two other stores closer to my home. If you need a truck/tool rental drive a little farther to this location.

I wish I could give you ZERO stars! I went in to the Aurora Colorado Home Depot store today to get a bigger bathroom faucet for my newly renovated master bathroom! The store showed 6 of the faucet I wanted - available! There were none on the shelf! I waited 25 minutes for an attendant - he finally said "not sure what to tell you ma'am - I show 7 available but don't know where they are??? Would you like me to call another store??? WHAT? After spending over $2000 in your store these last few weeks - I will go without before I EVER shop at a Home Depot again! I wasn't surprised to see all the negative reviews! I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the Lowe's store! Much better service and worth the inconvenience of my having to drive 20 minutes - as opposed to the 10 minutes to the local Home Depot!

Management probably doesn't care about the plethora of negative feedback about this location but I'm gonna add mine to the list. Went in today for a snow blower, website says they have what I wanted in stock but didn't see any on the floor. Inquired with customer service and the gal there said the website usually states they have the merchandise onsite when they really don't and it's the norm. I felt she was just trying to blow us off. I even asked other employees and they too said they don't have any snow blowers. Deciding to have a look around I walked to the outdoor garden area and guess what I found? The snowblower I was looking for up on the shelves with many other brands of snow blowers . I exited the store and made the purchase of this online for curbside pickup. This just solidifies my reasoning to shop at Lowe's over Home Depot. Your customer service needs a lot of work BUT for that to improve, you may need to look at your management team and the training they provide. Just a thought.

I ordered 12 interior doors to be delivered. On the day of delivery, 5 doors showed up and we one was not even what I ordered. Went to the Home Depot that I ordered from and was told they were shipped from another store and I need to talk to them. And the wrong door I need to haul back. I explained to them that I was going to do neither and wanted to talk to the manager. Nichole, the mod, looked at my order and said the doors would be delivered the following Wednesday. 2-1/2 weeks, 3 more visits to the store and one phone call, I still have not received all of my ordered doors and they have no idea when they will be delivered.Customer service at this store is horrible! I would avoid this store it at all possible. 6 days later, I'm still waiting for a call from Eric Finley, the store manager. Avoid this store if at all possible!

I was looking for several items and asked an associate for help. I asked the first employee I could find He was extremely polite and eager to assist me. He shared what aisle the waterproof tape was on; I found it quickly based on his directions. After finding the tape, I searched him out again hoping he would help me find garage hooks. He looked up at me and asked if I had found the tape. He remembered! I thanked him and then I proceeded to ask him to help me find garage hooks. He shared the aisle and also where on the aisle they would be located. Yup - there they were! It just so happened I needed a doorknob rekeyed. Wouldn't ya know it was the same employee, Mar' Jon, that would now rekey a doorknob I was going to purchase. Lucky me :-) He rekeyed the doorknob and we had such a pleasant conversation as he worked on it. I would like you to know of my pleasant experience. You are fortunate to have Mar' Jon as an employee. Look at all of these one-star reviews here! Well...here's yet another. In general, this store is dreadful when it comes to service, but I'm here today to complain about some renovations this Home Depot did for us. We had a kitchen counter top installed and the bumbling twit who measured the room didn't take into account the size of our dishwasher. Well, after the counter top is installed, we couldn't fit our dishwasher back into its area! We contacted the manager about this, but the most they would do is offer us a $200 gift voucher for their store. That amount was still short of the amount it cost us to replace the dishwasher with an appropriately-sized one. The clincher? They never gave us the $200 voucher! I warn you, don't get any renovations done via this store, or you'll seriously regret your decision.

This lousy store has been out of bamboo stakes, tomato cages, and parts needed to repair my sprinkler system for over a month! I can't care for my garden with empty shelves. It feels really great to go to the store multiple times for nothing in the middle of a pandemic!

I've been using Home Depot for my home upgrades for years. Went in today to look for a few small things. The store was very unorganized to include the custom serviceReps on the floor. We spoke to four different floor reps and we got answers anywhere from "I have no idea" to "it's over there" with a finger point in the general direction! My wife and I just laughed and eventually found what we needed at Target of all places. Won't be visiting this Home Depot again, there are many to choose fromIn the Denver metro region.

Waited for 30 minutes for someone to come help cut wire for us, asked 4 people for help and each person tried to get ahold of the electrical associate and no one came to help, only needed 10ft of black and white wire and ended up having to buy 2 50' roles of each and spend more then we needed to because it was a waist of time waiting for someone to come and help! I'm in and out of plenty of Home Depot's and have never had this problem before this one!
