Neelam is worst employee ive ever come across in customer service. She kept huffing and puffing during the whole transaction and make rude remarks and facial expressions. Shes rude, always with a frown and dont want to help solve even a slightest inconvenience. She acts like shes doing people a favor by doing her job. Homegoods is my happy place and I’ve spent so much money here, but i dont think i want to come to this location ever again because of her.

I love this HomeGoods! The store is always packed with customers, and yet, the staff are constantly working to keep it tidy and organized! Added bonus that they are so friendly!

Employees are friendly and the selection is good. Not a fan of the general customer population, there's too many rude people. The aisles are too small and crammed even some where only 1 person can occupy it at a time, it's a big safety hazard and also just uncomfortable to shop.
