I called to make an appointment at a location nearest to me, but was redirected to this location as they had an appointment that was more suitable for the time I need it. So I I called that location to confirm that I have a appointment and the person answering the phone was very rude and unhelpful she kept asking my name, repeatedly asking and acting like she could not hear me after several seconds later saying We can’t see you on the schedule when I question what name she was using she hung up the phone when I called back, she was unavailable and and no name was given when I asked of the specific person that was very rude and unprofessional On my last call. This is the way they do business there. I’m surprised they are still around, I then asked to talk to the manager and they said she was in a meeting and was unavailable, typical cover-up for the rude and childish behavior of their fellow coworkers. I recommend not going to this location due to the fact that they’re unprofessional rude and a none customer friendly environment.

My NRA spouse and I came here to meet with Estela Frias as she is a Certified Acceptance Agent with the IRS for getting an ITIN number by verifying ID docs in person as opposed to the normal mailing in of a passport to the IRS etc. Estela was great, very professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. She made the process easy and I highly recommend her for any tax needs or advice you might have. I'd definitely file taxes with her again!

I filed here last year and I didn’t like the service. Because my filer Yolanda didn’t appreciate my presence after I told her I don’t speak Spanish and I am not Mexican but she assumed because I was brown. Most of the employees there didn’t speak good English either. She didn’t get my last name correct on file either when I provided them with my drivers license. I won’t be filing here again
