Norma Valenzuela was not helpful at all. She wanted to charge me $300+ to neglect my graduate student write offs and teacher supply/material write offs. I was able to get a refund instead of owing when I used the online service instead. I walked away feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Rude people don’t ever go there! EVER! I Walked in the door she rudely says we are closed but it was 6:50. It Says You Close At 8?. Went To Another Location For Service! Do The Same!

Terrible service. Had my taxes “filed” here back this last season and I’ve yet to see a cent from my return. Went online to check the status of my taxes, only to see they were never even filed. I never got a call, was never notified or alerted as to why. Will never do H&R block AGAIN. I have to go to a different office and re-file EVERYTHING and submit by mail on my own because e-file is shut down until the next tax season. The worse experience I’ve ever had with my tax return by far.

Absolute worst tax submission process I have ever had. I am 2 months into waiting for any response at all from my tax review and cannot get anyone to take responsibility for my taxes or my case. I paid over $500, I scheduled 3 appointments (which no one showed up to), and I've made at least 8 phone calls that have spanned from 5 minutes to over an hour. I work in technology and understand what customer service should look like- it's not like this. I have spoken with managers and in-office folks. I have the name of my assigned person- Gloria Alvarado, and I have confirmed that no one has even looked at my taxes. It's October. I could kind of understand slow or bad service in the middle of tax season but at this point, I am going to have to call my credit card company and cancel the charges and invest in a different program. The real kicker here is that it took me nearly 15 hours to compile all of my tax info and submit it. I will never use H&R Block again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I do not recommend going here! I came in to figure out a tax problem I was having. The worker was giving me so much attitude and did not bother to even say hello! They were talking over me when I was trying to explain my problem and alway made me come in the office everyday because they do not want to do their job right the first time. I would come home from work everyday to this office tired and stressed for an incident that I should not be stressing over. They could not do their job and expect us costumers to be okay with it. They expect us costumers who pay these workers to do their job, to do their job for them. It is very disrespectful and I wish to never step into this office ever again. They do not have any class, I was hoping to get the same experience I get with other offices. If they cannot help me with tax problems why would I want them to do my taxes for me?

John Vidor tried to help me with my taxes, but he didn’t know what he was doing. He has messed up the taxes three times. The first time he didn’t enter all the forms I brought for him. He called me to come back and changed everything. I then asked if I could do itemized which he told me all the wrong information for and messed them up again. I asked for my money back and he threatened to call the police. I was patient throughout the process, but this was unexpectable service. He wasted my time. I was told I could have my money refunded but only through a check in the mail that will take up to 3 weeks. I would like a refund straight back to the account they took it straight from. If I told them that I could pay them in 3 weeks, they’d laugh and not give me service. Don’t use H&R Block.
