I am extremely disappointed with this location! I spent 3 hours waiting for my simple tax return to be completed only to listen to excuses after excuses about issues with this person's computer and lack of understanding of the new system she is working with. I don't even know if this lady is going to finish my taxes I was told to go home and wait for them to call. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and I do not think I want to do business with h&r block anymore...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We dropped our documents off over 3 weeks ago and didn’t hear anything, so we had to call the office. We left a message and got no call back, so ended up having to call back multiple times until someone finally answered. Our “tax pro”, Kelley S., at this location got on the phone and said he did them they just had to be finalized, and magically our documents were ready for review the next day. We had to send them back because they were incorrect. It was another week before we had to call again to get them to fix it. They sent them back to us and then were charging us another $55 extra than the original price of their services. We have been trying to call them for 3 days now to ask about the extra charge. Got ahold of some random office agent today who said they would look into it. Magically an hour later our taxes were somehow filed, even though we have never signed them yet in order to be filed. We even got email confirmation that the IRS accepted our returns when we never signed the return for our pro to sign yet. Tried calling the office to ask about it and left messages - no answer and no call back all day. I now have to try to go into the office tomorrow to get some answers on our taxes from these supposed “professionals”. Do not go to this location and definitely don’t use Kelley S.. I plan to contact customer service on Monday to file a formal complaint, and also plan to file a complaint with the licensing board because Kelley is not qualified to be a licensed “tax pro”. Terrible experience, will not be returning.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I had my 2021 taxes reviewed and the number of errors and mistakes is laughable !! To the tune of 7k overpaid because of the most egregious errors! How are y'all professional? Surely I can't expect the feds or state to catch all the errors and give me my money back except for the $100 they returned initially for overpayment. How do you miss basic deductions ? How do you miss an IRA rollover and claim it as income that I was taxed on???!!!! How do you classify me wrong????? How do you miss so much and call yourselves professional? What a joke this place is. Shut it down!!! I'll do my own taxes before I ever trust this place again. So much for neighborhood business. Shame on you hr block on Quincy and reservoir road.

Had an appointment for 3pm today, we called to make sure we had everything we needed and they told us to show up early so they can help copy some receiptswe showed up at 245 and were told that the person we had an appointment with was late picking up their kid.we sat there till 330 then we left, didnt tell anyone we were leaving cause no one was up front to talk to and we werent gonna walk in back to find someonedont waste your time, go somewhere else

Mrs C helps us to the best of her ability. And she doesn't make us feel like we have to pay for good service. She is always so polite and helpful it's like my sister is doing my taxes for me. And she also makes sure we understand everything that is taking place. I we can continue to be her clients!

Lady answered the phone so rude. All I wanted was an estimate and she said they don’t do estimates over the phone and hung up in my face. Please don’t go to this location. Very unprofessional.

Our tax preparer was Cheronda. This was our third year with her, she's an amazing person and we just love her. We know when she takes care of us that we have nothing to worry about, everything is always accounted for and done right.
