Mrs. María Macias was very attentive and regardless of the fact that she had personal commitments, she took the time to clarify all our questions in detail, she gave us very useful advice and it is something that we appreciate.
The waiting time was minimal even though we did not make an appointment, the receptionist received us in a very good way, truly highly recommended.

Very poor customer service the old lady she is sitting on the reception. She is unprofessional they don’t know anything about what they are doing waiting 20 minutes to explain why I am there and I make an appointment 2weeks ago after 35 minute conversation she told me that she cannot do anything about it If you guys don’t need to do anything please don’t wasting your time. Please do not waste your time here.

Service is poor at best. They don't do up front pricing, they lie about your taxes. The district manager won't call you back of theirs a problem. Linda the store manager is the same way. You're better off going to jackaon hewitt before letting this very un-perferssionial store touch your taxes. Dont let these guys touch your taxes. Their district manger wont even call me back after calling for 2 weeks. Also their 800 line customer service is a joke and lies. Dont let them touch your taxes at all
