Front desk person should not work with the public should not be the customers problem that the agent had to come in early and wasn’t signed in to take payment. I remarked good thing I don’t have any clients waiting for me. She snapped at me and the verbal exchange increased you have lost a customer and As a small business, I will make sure each and every one of my customers knows my exchange with H&R Block. Perhaps somebody in corporate should look at the reviews, especially on Yelp. You have a one star I can understand Jackson Hewitt here I come.

Put a one star on my review and was contacted by the business owner and told to call the corporate number. I did that on Monday and filed a complaint and then found out that they didn't take my complaint seriously so I will be calling back every three days until something is done about the situation at this particular branch of H&R Block. If I have to file a complaint with the state of Colorado, the Better Business Bureau, and whatever entity overseas the tax associates, poor business practice is poor business practice.

Our tax pro was AWESOME! I had my documents uploaded and spent maybe 10 minutes in shop to verify/touch up documents. Thank you HR Block!

The tax preparer decided that we didn’t qualify for an adult dependent even though the IRS says we do. So we stopped going here. Not interested in opinions, you’re supposed to follow the IRS guidelines. Now we use TurboTax and get maximum refunds WITH a dependent deduction.
