Thiefs!! Brought in my sons phone that we bought him for Christmas, it was an S21 to get unlocked and the owner was the one that helped me since employees were on Christmas break. When i went back for the phone he gave me back a s21 FE ($300) cheaper model with scratches on the screen and claims that was the phone I brought in. I showed him that the case I had on the phone don't even fit but he just asked us to leave and not come back. I will leave this post here until they give it back. Totally ruined my sons Christmas. Be careful and stay away from this place.

Brought a working phone to get touch screen fixed and was returned to me not charging, unable to power on and with missing screws. Even the power button was not seated correctly. I will need to buy another phone and say good bye to my photos and memories.
