Susan and her staff at In Self Storage are simply phenomenal! I had a very chaotic scheduling time frame to get a classic car hauled and stored at their facility and Susan couldn’t have been more accommodating!

Tylor and Keegan have the most amazing customer service! They have been extremely helpful with my questions.
Just a tip: don’t deal with the website at all, just call them. That website needs a LOT of work.

I had no idea they were there until I helped out a customer. They are close to my business, which is what I needed and the process was easy to set up. And when I need to talk to someone, they are easy to get ahold of.

You know I've been dealing with these folks at IN Self Storage now for a couple of years they have treated me so good and I can't do anything but give them there due props, great job y'all, I only sorry and painfully regret that the COVID-19 hit me kinda hard I've lost so much during this pandemic not only material things also some loved ones, I haven't been able to make a single payment and it hurts to the core cause I feel so irresponsible but it's hard I have no money no job ,and thank God for the Renters assistance program other wise I'd be homeless ,but I do tip my hat off to you at In Self Storage cause y'all did work with me a lot , I hope what's left in there can make you the money you deserve, take it from me sincerely they are a great business and I would recommend them to everyone.Sorry I let y'all down but wen I do get a hold I'm going to come ask y'all how much I owe, have a great year and my God help your business flourish.

I rented 2 units. The process was easy to start up leasing the units. When I moved to my new house, I only needed 1 unit. The move out process was SUPER EASY TOO! The staff is always available and promptly handles any issues if they arise!

In self storage isnt like other storage companies. The Aurora manager was sweet and funny and went out of his way to help us out with patience and kindness. I wish more businesses cared like they do.
