Now that I've had the displeasure of working with different dealerships in Colorado, I can truly say from experience INFINITI of Denver is one of the best!! I look back at my experience purchasing my car in May 2021 it was easy, stress-free, and effortless on my part. My car is doing great still, I love it so much! Every time I've gone back here for service it's much like the experience at the Lexus dealership - amazing.

Excellent customer service! Brought my car in because of a leak and worked with Dominic throughout the whole process. The service team quickly figured out the issue and did a detailed inspection of everything else on the car. I never felt pushed to do any of the recommended repairs, which I appreciated. Dominic even called me a few days later to follow up on how my cars doing and if I had any additional concerns. Highly recommend this dealer, they seem like an honest and fair team.

Great experience as always. The car generated a noise on the right side. Setting appointment and getting a loaner was a breeze. Jeremy and his team were phenomenal. Diagnosed the problem, orders parts overnight , kept me in the loop, replaced in the matter of 24 hours . And now the best part - covered by manufacturer warranty . Awesome facility, great service, please doing business with. A true “Nordstrom experience “.

Clark made sure to take the time to get my car back in working order after a terrible experience with Christian Brothers. I would recommend Infiniti of Denver hands down. This review is long over due however, these are the classiest group of Car Dealers I have ever met. Karin in financing has always gone above and beyond to assist me with any questions. Everyone is very friendly and of course I can't forget about Mike, he is the most efficient dealer I have ever dealt with! You can't go wrong with this honest and friendly bunch of people.

This is definitely a 5-star Infiniti Dealer. En route to Boulder, I lost one of my fobs in Amarillo. After contacting 2 other regional dealerships with no luck, I contacted Steve, the parts manager. He successfully managed to source possibly the only replacement key available in the state for my specific Infiniti. It was available by noon the following day and I was turned over to Clark, the service advisor, for a 1pm appointment. Everyone I had contact with treated me with a phenomenal level of kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. My car was re-keyed and washed in just over an hour. Wow. I hope the higher-ups read these reviews because they certainly have a stellar staff. Thank you Infiniti of Denver!

Dominic was a huge help! Super friendly and very polite. Was super communicative and just overall an amazing person that helped us. On the other hand the receptionist were very rude at times and just kept giving faces to people when they walked in. If they are getting paid to help people I think that should be their priority. I know we all have bad days but every time they spoke to us they always seemed mad or upset. So thankful we had Dominic.

Was interested in a car they had on the lot, I was pressed for time and made it clear that I would be in a hurry. They got the car out that I wanted and had it ready as soon as I pulled in. Stephen and Jason were great to work with and made this the fastest and easiest purchase ever. I appreciate them being professional and cognizant of my time. Sorry Stephen if my driving scared you, I really was in a hurry! :)

Cannot say enough about the great experience we had while purchasing our vehicle! We were there less than 3 hours and ended up with what we knew we needed and more than what we thought we wanted! Would definitely recommend!!

I was able to buy a new vehicle from the in November, but some of the paint touch ups were clearly done poorly as they're cracking and flaking off in chunks. I've also emailed/called the service department, plus those I worked with over the last three months, to try and determine specifics for the vague comments in Carfax that they did while the vehicle was in their care. I'm trying to determine what preventive maintenance needs to be done. I haven't gotten a single response. I paid off a 4 year warranty, with a little over three years left and I'm beginning to wonder if that's even legitimate.
