Not forgetting about how this place literally went against federal ESA laws because I have a cat, not a dog, and they literally acted like I was making it up that my cat is my ESA even though I had paperwork in my purse to prove just that. Also the lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional! I stayed at Home Towne Studios and Suites instead, and I recommend you all do the same, especially if you have an emotional support cat!Edit because the response was absolutely ridiculous, my cat is an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL, not a pet! They specifically told me that they don't have to follow federal guidelines, and they don't even allow people who have service dogs of specific breeds bring their dogs even! I was actually quite laid back that day (August 30th, 2022, I don't forget ANYTHING!!). I didn't raise my voice or get a tone, the agency I was going through may have, but I can't control other people's actions! Also they acted like my cat wasn't an ESA even though I had literally mentioned having her paperwork in my bag! I have bipolar, PTSD, schizophrenia and autism, a cat is the only ESA option that won't add extra stress but these people discriminated against me. Don't go here if you are LGBTQIA+, I am very obviously genderfluid, and I didn't deserve disrespect for just existing!Noteworthy details: Broke federal ESA lawsDon't go here if LGBTQIA+, Especially if under the trans umbrella

I recently stayed here for a week. I would have checked out the first night but they don’t give refunds. The staff all looked like they were on drugs. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. The hallway smelled like pine sol and Fabuloso . The rooms were small and cold . No insulation what so ever. The curtains looked like a crime scene. The only thing missing is the white chalk on the floor. One of their workers painted all the doors in the hallway. Never once put up a wet paint sign. My coat was ruined. Stay here at your own risk. Never again!!!!

***Submitting review on behalf of my grandmother Vernessa Marsh***First and foremost, Jay and her staff have been exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They’ve gone over and beyond to accommodate me during my stay and I truly appreciate them for all their help.In addition, Jay does an amazing job staying on top of things here within the community. She puts our safety and overall experience at the InTown Suites - Aurora location first. She acts with urgency to get things done and provide a resolution. It has been pleasure and a honor to be a guest here at her hotel. Thank you!

Room: clean & functional - use of space and furnishings were all good. Table & chairs and TV excellent as was WiFi.Service: Public areas inside & outside were excellent. Outside esp., noticeable as it was a great improvement from prior years.Location: better than excellent - esp., walkability for all needs including public transportation (exception: no laundromat or service option nearby).Housekeeping: non-existent; 14 days and no room service - but they stopped by on day 10 and offered me clean sheets (do-it-yourself) and trash bags.Laundromat: ground floor laundry is a great thing if it works; this one NEVER worked for new guests bc the laundry card dispenser was always empty and mgmt said it had been "for a while" - WHY? I could NOT use washers or dryers without the prepaid card - the dispenser was empty & there were NONE available from the office.Front desk/Manager (Jay): pleasant & welcoming and helpful overall - no negatives.

I love how clean and respectful the staff were. The GM made sure I was comfortable and most front desk workers don’t do the same as she did so I appreciate her & this hotel.THANK YOU, TO JAY AND HER STAFF !
