What a disappointment! They have two different "corned beef & cabbage" items on their menu right now. What they delivered to my table did not match either description. When I asked for the cabbage, they said the side is the vegetable of the day. Asparagus is disgusting and I wouldn't have ordered anything with a vegetable side if I had known asparagus and carrots is the vegetable I would get.So then I pointed out that the menu specifies braised cabbage, not vegetable of the day. Now they say the cabbage isIN the potatoes, it's colcannon.Braised cabbage is a separate item in a comma separated list. If you only get the cabbage IN the potatoes then the menu should say "Irish colcannon with braised cabbage." I don't think I've ever seen solid white colcannon, cabbage has a lot of green. I suspect that what they claimed to be colcannon was just mashed potatoes. They also didn't bring the house made Maple mustard.I don't know if any of it was any good, I didn't eat it.It was quiet in the restaurant, so that was nice.

The service was excellent, the staff were attentive and kind. The ambiance was awesome. Everything was clean, lots of seating. The food was average. Nothing wrong but no flavor in anything. I expected better from a bison burger. The pretzel sticks were bland and didn't have the right texture. They were just breadsticks with salt on top. The provided sauces were bland. The meat was meager. The fries were good but I don't go out to eat for fries. The Guinness was good. I was hoping for more of an Irish meal but the experience was lackluster.

The prices are a bit high and they seem to be understaffed at time, but all the staff are extremely nice and helpful, especially Kookie!! He took fabulous care of our group the entire week!!

My husband & I came to the restaurant out of convenience - it's in the Doubletree Hilton, which we were staying in. So, we went down and there was a sign stating "seat yourself" which we did. We waited for 13-minutes from the time we began timing and no one came over to take our order. Two employees walked by us and took notice we had menus, but zoomed by us. The restaurant is not very big and it wasn't full. There were people there that went to the bar to place their order with the bartender because the wait staff wasn't doing it or wasn't efficient at it. Eventually the bartender ended up getting a pad and taking orders for guests. It seemed disorganized and we ended up leaving and going to Outback. The restaurant seemed to be clean, nice decor and the menu seemed diverse, but the staff is either under staffed or does not care to do their job well. Also, the menu prices are a little high (about $30-40 person). Not the service we expected. Would have rather ate at the hotel than to drive for food but we waited for probably 20 minutes in total before throwing in the towel and leaving. Another guest left before us I assume for the same reason considering he had no drink or plates at his table. Hopefully these issues will be worked out and customers can have nice service.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Jackdaw! This restaurant truly deserves all five stars. The highlight of my visits has always been the outstanding service from Euylan, the bartender. Valerie was an amazing bartender. Best hotel bar I’ve experienced… ever? Small but solid bourbon selection, solid old fashioneds and ~12 beers on tap with a bunch of locals.

We had breakfast here. Price was about 13 - 19 per person. Cookey was our waiter. He was super nice. The restaurant was clean and well kept.

Took almost an hour to get my dinner order.Same thing in the morning at breakfast.Won’t be back.Hilton Diamond member who will never ever stay at this Doubletree again.

Very nice bar and restaurant.. the bar tender knows what he is doing. Servers were so nice with smiles on their faces ..shout out to “kookie” great ??.

The food was outstanding! Nothing was cooked imperfectly it’s just right. The prices were reasonable. For a hotel restaurant, this is pretty good.Vegetarian options: There are vegan options available.Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly around children.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s very easy for someone with a wheelchair to enter.

My wife’s Salmon came out twice with onion. After the first time messing up we asked for no sauce to assure it wouldn’t happen again and it did!! Terrible Russian accented waitress was very rude.

I had breakfast and dinner here, pleased with both. Good service and the burger was above average. I had a $15 credit for breakfast and that was good as well, featuring a made to order omelet. The dining area is large and the bar was active. Overall, I like this entire stay.
