The service good not real fast but I hope we got it all right . I think they charged me to much cause she said she put me in this discount but it was still $240+ she quoted $200 . I don't think I got my discount. Other than loosing $40 I went on Tues & got my return the next Tuesday. Amazing

Wonderful nice was great with my 2 kids and patient with my daughter and son that ask 100 questions in two mins. Will be returning next year for sure. My only complaint is y’all tiny bit expensive but totally worth the price!!!

I will never go back to them. They make up their own prices. I had to file mine and my dad's. $200.00 for mine and $300.00 for him! They messed his up so bad that his refund hasn't even come yet. The person who did them had her boyfriend in there each time I went in, and was more interested in him than doing the job she was hired to do. Over priced rip off.

I am super happy with the convenience! I am stuck in a small town without any vehicle and I was able to upload documents and remotely take care of everything through the entire process. My tax preparer was very friendly and helpful and surprisingly easy to get in contact with. I even got a refund advance to help catch up on life a little while waiting for everything to process. I absolutely loved my experience with Jackson Hewitt.

Shelly was a amazing help with my taxes this year. I had a horrible experience last year and was about to take my business elsewhere. The customer service and incite she gave me about my taxes was extremely appreciated.
