Just got home and realized the sales associate double charged us on one item. Of course, I can’t get anyone on the phone and we have a reservation that we can’t miss this evening so I can’t get down to the store to fix it. I want my 54 dollars back.
I called the 800 number and they refused to help me.

This place never opens when it’s supposed to. It’s 11:25 on a Sunday…and the bars are still closed. This is why malls are shutting down from stores closing and everyone just buys clothes online.

I do not recommend JCPenney. They honestly should have been out of business. They have outdated policies and they do not have a company that is popular enough to not provide better customer service or policies . I attempted to exchange this trash bracelet and because it was outside of 60 days, and not by much they wouldn’t even exchange it. I also was going to spend more money to get something else, but they said no. I truly don’t believe this bracelet has a drop of diamond in it, or maybe that diamond dust because where the diamonds are suppose to be it’s just silver , nothing that resembles a diamond. Macy’s has similar bracelets with the 1/10th diamond and it looks like it contains diamonds, not this one. Should have went with Macy’s who has better quality and customer service. This was my last time ever shopping with them unfortunately .
