My husband and I, along with our furry kid had a wonderful experience with JCP photography at Southlands Mall in Aurora Co 10/11/2024. This was our 2nd time using JCP because they have pet photos. Armando was our photographer and he did great with our pet and us. Make your appointment now because the Holidays are extremely busy. Highly recommend.

This lady Raj (10/08/24) made me really irritated with the way she handled the transaction at checkout. I refused the credit card and she said “why not” in a stern condescending way which is CRAZYYYY. Then proceeds to ask my younger sister who didn’t purchase anything if SHE wanted to get the credit card which is even MORE WILD! After the transaction she forced me to take the survey and waited until I had it pulled up on my phone and said to put her name down (Raj) then proceeds to tell me just put 10,10,10 on all of the prompts. And even tried to make me take the extended survey which I refused. And now I can’t even go into the survey because she made me submit that right in front of her and held my receipt hostage until I did the survey. Please give her some customer service coaching.

This experience is terrible I spent 112 dollars on jeans and they didn’t take the security tag off. I live far from any stores and they said that’s to bad, find a store. When I asked to speak to the manager they said she was busy and then no one would answer. Poor service and super disappointing. Waste of my time and money.

We like this specific location because it’s always clean and very quiet. Lovely staff and we never waited on the checkout lines.

Rita helped me checkout..she was very pleasant and very helpful. She figured out how to use my coupons to the best advantage, and was able to save me a significant amount of money....She knew her "stuff" and genuinely want to help me save money...I very much appreciated it.

My only complaint about my visit is that never in my life & I've been shopping a long time. Is that at the completion of my purchase there were no bags to put my brand new clothing in. OMGOODNESS what a horrible experience. There weren't even any reusable bags to purchase. Walking through a store & being able to see, handle & even try on clothing items is so much nicer than trusting the internet. Why are seller's allowing the internet to beat them in a market were they were once boss. Treat your customers good & they'll be good & faithful to you. Bring the luxury of in store shopping back. 7B

Went to purchase a couple of things at the store, I checked the prices online on their own website and it was so much lower, so I asked the cashier to match the price from their website for the same items and she said it was not possible because the website run different promos to the store, so I didn’t purchase and leave, going somewhere else and I am not getting anything from JC p, this was very upsetting because their own website says they do price match guarantee online and store, I lost so much time today
