After years of doing business with you
you treated us poorly when we needed you. Terrible company overcharging people and acting like a family company when in reality they are more cutthroat than any bargain insurance company I’ve seen. We paid your ridiculous premium for years and that is all you ever did for us was collect money. You have no regard for us as people. Shame on you!

Jeff and his team (shout out to Pamela!!) consistently go above and beyond to help us with our Insurance needs. They update our policies promptly when we have new requests, and even when we have requests that might not be the best fit for our policy, Jeff searches the market and guides us to the best recommendation for coverage. That is the kind of customer service that creates loyalty and trust. We have a variety of policies from auto to umbrella to home and are delighted with both Allstate and the experience with Jeff Heinrich.

Pam is AMAZING and has always been so helpful and kind for all the years I've been with Allstate.
However, I cannot say the same for Pat. She is incredibly rude and condescending no matter what questions you have, and she consistently cuts you off when speaking. I think Pat should work on her customer service skills because she comes off as extremely hostile over the phone.

I had set up a 3:00 pm call with Mr Heinrich 3/22/23, to review moving my policy from one agent to another, The person who I had spoken to indicated that the majority of his clients are from the Piney Creek area, in Centennial, and that he Mr. Heinrich would be more that willing to assist. Needless to say 3:00 pm came and went 3:30 came and went, I called the office, only to find out no appointment had been made, We are all free to chose any agent we would like, I set aside time in my day to have a conversation with Mr Heinrich, he nor his staff seem to have the ability to set and honor a simple phone conversation, Think about it, if you really need his assistance, pretty good chance he will FLAKE on you.

I have been an Allstate customer for over 50 years. During the last 15 years, when I have lived overseas and not needed a car, my agent has worked with me to discontinue my coverage while I have been out of the country and then reinstate it when I have returned to the US and rented a car. It has been a lot of work, but he has been uncomplaining and responsive. Recently, I was in an accident caused by a hit-and-run driver. Allstate paid all the substantial claim without question. Highly recommended.

After a total loss and his subordinates failing to attach a supplemental policy for aftermarket stereo coverage, as insisted on having because it's done everyday, by others, and always by myself with such that All-State doesn't cover, I suffered a theft and total loss. I found out the policy was not added. After numerous phone calls and arguments, and speaking with so many people refusing to take care of the customer. Who has been a 10 year customer, with 9 policy's, and referred numerous business, Jeff Heinrich failed to take responsibility for his staff's mistake, admit fault, so that my loss in addition to the lossnof my vehicle,, was covered. This is approximately $8,400.00 that I am out and took years to save up for. Guess I'm not in good hands.Extremely ticked off,JK1/2/21
