Former USAA customer, I just went back to State Farm. As a senior cost is king. Jordo was able to drastic reduce my insurance financial responsibility for both Homeowner and auto insurance. Excellent customer friendly experience.

I've enjoyed my time working with this agency. The customer service is phenomenal. There were some payment issues I had with state farm and Rebekah was amazing in helping me get them worked out. She truly went above and beyond what I would have expected her to do. I've also had a great experience with Jordo Sands. All in all I am truly grateful for the experience I've had here.
