My roommate was a victim of a scam by someone claiming to be from Comcast! Everyone we have spoke to at keybank was very friendly and helpful! Luckily the scammers did not get any money! Gary had to open new accounts and it's been a pain! Thanks to Amy Hubbard for making the process much easier and for being there for any questions we have had! We are we don't remember everyone's name! But thank you to all involved! Dan Andersen and Gary Brown

The manager thought I lied about information given to me by one of her bankers. She also thought I lied about making an appointment, as one of her employees interrupted her and informed her that I did infact make an appointment. Why would my integrity even be questioned as a patron?

Sonny the branch manager was HUGE help to us .. Spoke to a total of three branch managers over an issue with my account and in the 10 minutes we spoke over the phone she was the most helpful. Thank you for being a women for others Sonny and helping my family and I!

They take a very long time here to attend customers. There were two cashiers and both of them take a very long time to attend people. They are also very rude. We waited 40 minutes. Last time we waited about an hour. So upsetting.

This bank is so clean. Even with short staff they’re always friendly to me when I come in and always go above and beyond to answer my questions. They definitely need more staff though. Wells Fargo across the street has a lot more people working and I still end up waiting just as long

The ATM MACHINE Didn’t dispense the money and the money has been taken from my account. Be careful guys, even I called them but they weren’t so serious about the issue. Update: I called the Dispute Department and they were not professional at all. STAY AWAY GUYS, plenty of banks around the corner and way way better.
