Not to happy with the Pharmacy., was told our prescription would be ready and drove to store it wasn't. The Pharmacy neglected to advise me when I called the store that the doctor missed something they needed to fill the prescription, I was standing in the doctor's office. The assistant store lead Justion defended his staff and said they didn't drop the ball. Will never use this store again not my fault she gets audited for errors.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I have had multiple issues with this location and only this location. First of they are always rude and impatient. They have no idea what's going on and I have to call multiple times just to get a simple answer.

Zero stars. King Soopers must be desperate for help and/or completely oblivious if they keep that miserable pharmacist employed (name starts with a 'C' befittingly). Not sure of the extent of turmoil in her personal life, but seeing as it leaks onto everyone she's had the pleasure of "helping" - I'd guess that her life is exactly like the last season of Game of Thrones. Shame. Shame. Shame. I get it - sick people seeking medication are not exactly the most upbeat and pleasant crowd but this person is a special kind of evil gate-keeper. Bend the knee if you want to attempt to fill your prescriptions here. If you want to be treated like a human, I suggest finding a different pharmacy.

Worst customer service ever. Store made a mistake and something rang up wrong, no big deal other than the 10 min wait at customer service to which finally another person was called over to help. I explained they made a mistake Dawns response was well I didn't make a mistake, no apology, no nothing. Then I tried to explain I am in a hurry running later to pick up my little guy from soccer. Response was I don't know anything about no soccer or no kid. Just incredibly rude. She should not be working in customer service with that attitude. Then on top of it when I called the corporate number and went to the website they need an account number to be able to record my feedback. Ridiculous. Guess I will be shopping elsewhere. Very, very poor customer experience.

I called in to check on the status of my son's medication which was out of stock last week. I was put on hold for 8 minutes and now am sitting on hold still.. I've called back 4 times just to get someone to pick up the phone and ask me if they could put me on hold without waiting for a response from me and abruptly putting me on hold. No one is getting on the phone to let you know they haven't forgotten about. I just finally got someone on the phone named Samia and expressed my frustration with the hold to be responded to with "what's your son's name"? Wow.. I will drive further away and never use this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy led by Connie has always been rude and the problem starts with the pharmacy manager who really needs to go to a customer service and employee re training. I would strongly recommend using the smoky hill and Gilbraltor location instead

I needed my prescription, my Dr. verified with me on the phone that it was sent in at noon that day. When I got to the pharmacy at 6 p.m., tech was abrupt and rude. They couldn't find my RX, then it couldn't be filled because it was more than 14 days old. Finally, she said if I just waited, they'd get it ready for me. When she rang me up with cheer in her voice she said that'll be $324.00. I asked her to make sure my insurance was applied, asked if any discounts were available, told her I was going to have to look for a coupon. She did not care in the slightest. I found that Walmart pharmacy has my RX, that I need to BREATH, for $98 with no insurance. I will never fill another prescription here again!

Unfortunately, I experienced the same unprofessional service with the "Pharmacist" at the Arapahoe Crossings King Soopers.If you believe that you have been treated unfairly by a pharmacist or at a pharmacy, you can file an online complaint with the Colorado State Board of Pharmacy. The State Board of Pharmacy regulates both pharmacists and pharmacies and work to protect the health and welfare of consumers.

The asian pharmacist helped in last minute on a Sunday, which I appreciate, but she had a really bad attitude. I felt annoyed with the way she spoke to me on the phone and when I showed up at 4:57 to pick up my preordered prescription, which literally took less than a minute to obtain. I did not need instructions on the prescription since I wrote it for myself, but she said that she told me the pharmacy closed at 5:00. The technician was helpful though and rang it up for me. I am thankful for her. I recommend the asian pharmacist work somewhere else or possibly in another field of work that does not require good customer service.

Checkout staff is exceptionally lazy and rude. Don't buy anything that requires an ID, they won't even bother to scan it. Maybe read your training manual again so you're familiar with policy.

Never again! Management doesn't seem to care at all! Numerous times we have been charged a different price than what is marked at the shelf. When Management is confronted, their reply is: "we have to go with what's in the system - 'not what's marked on the shelf'". Never again! There are a lot of other choices.

Supporting staff is fine, in general they try to help you. Unfortunately I can't say this about the pharmacist. She is very unfriendly, and it appears that she is always angry and she unloads the anger on her customers. As a minimum, she needs to attend an Anger Management course, but it will be much better if she works in the different pharmacy located in the neighborhood where only healthy people live and do not need any meds. Wouldn't that be awesome?

Daisy at the seafood counter was so helpful in directing me where to find certain items! It was my first time here and the layout is a bit strange, but she was so sweet and got me where I needed to go!

I would never return food on a normal basis but I had just bought a pack of fresh mozzarella, when I got home I realized the package was cut open in the middle by a box cutter, so I went back to the store to swap it out and was treated very rudely by customer service. She treated me like a thief for no reason and I was told if I don't have my receipt or know exactly what register I bought it on then I can't swap it out. Just absolutely ridiculous and a waste of food, I'll never shop at this location again. They sell expired food and are rude. Take your business to Walmart or Safeway...
