Like most I’ve had plenty of pharmacy experiences. The staff at this King soopers pharmacy is the best I have ever experienced. Really appreciate Emily taking the time to set up my preferences, and establish this as my primary pick up spot.
The pharmacist was super knowledgeable, and I appreciate his counterside manner. Thank you all!

I think the staff is some of the best! While I know they are extremely busy and probably short-staffed, they always seem to go out of their way to help. If you don’t believe me, just try the pharmacy next-door.

Kind, professional and helpful.The staff here are very kind- I have been coming her for 15+ yrs. I have tried other pharmacies just to see... this is my favorite.Their prices are better than othersThey get things filled quickly and the text notifications are super helpful.

I challenge anyone to find a more unhelpful, and unsympathetic group of pharmacist. You could be dying and without medication for 2 weeks and the thought of conjuring even the simplest solution to help you would be far too taxing for these people. This pharmacy is the absolute epitome of cruel joke.

You suck. You hired a vet to do security for your store. Then when he saw 3 guys stealing multiple carts of product from you you fired him for doing his job. Keep your ridiculous pendantics to yourself. I'm not interested in your ignorant policy of " no chasing or confronting " because he did neither. As they pulled away he was able to walk up while recording and remove the tin foil covering the license plate and getting the number that led to their arrest. If you support vets and/or common sense BOYCOTT THESE IDIOTS

Rude security guard I came in this store with my husband to pickup some items the security guard approached me & my husband saying students need to get in line then asked for a id VERY UNPROFESSIONAL no grocery security is to ask for id if you aren't committing a crime. My husband proceed walking while the security blocked the way requesting id.

The little short lady at self check out is rude as can be--it's called the "self check out" for a reason. Yet she is always interrogating the customers and scanning items for them unasked. I get that you're at work and want to feel important and useful but you shouldn't scare the customers who are there because they didn't want to talk to you in the first place. Know your area that you're working in. You're there to stand around or assist when needed.

Haven't been back and I don't plan on going back. Never enough checkers or even supervisors for the self-checkout lanes. But at least you're met with surly attitudes.

I am so over king Soopers cashiers not helping bag . I remember why I don't shop here any more. A woman carrying a baby in a front carrier was made to bag all of her own groceries. It seems absurd that other stores can bag as they go but kings could care less

Every time I go, its busy but the customer service is good and they text/call when your prescription is ready for pick up. Its also much more affordable than Walgreens or CVS.

Very poor customer service. I called to see if my Rx was ready and to see how much it would be as I'm new to this pharmacy. I was not greeted properly and I was told to call back in 30 minutes. When I called back I could hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up. I’m not sure being treated like that is worth the savings, I guess I’ll go back to Walgreens.
