Doctor had to call in prescriptions twice and then they still weren’t ready on time, told me that they had more prescriptions than they could fill and they had”defaulted” mine to 2 days later. No one bothered to tell me that ahead of time. Maybe they should hire more people or figure out a better system

Kimberly was working the self checkout today and boy, she was not only super helpful with my coupons (prepping for my first baby so couponing is key!) But she was also so amazing with her customer service and ability to multitask with me and other customers. Can't say enough good things about my experience today!! Special shout out to Kimberly!

Service is OK, however, if waiting for a prescription called in by your provider I recommend making sure to call and speak with someone if you need the script same day. The automated system always seems to say my prescription will be ready by the next day.

Fast, friendly and informative. They always answer the phone, have rushed scrips when doc’s offices screwed up, and they helped me set up auto refills so I stop forgetting my son’s meds till las minute. Been going here a very long time and it’s nice to see many of the same people working too! Thanks for the excellent service!

I went to the deli to order a chicken meal. The guy who took my order was in the middle of handling raw chicken with gloves on. Instead of taking his gloves off, he simply wiped them off with a paper towel and then starting preparing my order. A paper towel isn't going to wipe off the bacteria from raw chicken. This is unacceptable and this is how people get sick. Not to mention, this store is always out of everything or their stock is low. Will not be going here anymore.

Hung and Shawn are just so great! Little quiet Sara is great too! I can't say enough about this pharmacy. An airhead like me forgets her medication all the time. They always go out of their way to feel something quickly right before they close. So embarrassing!

Wow I am blown away by the customer service at this store! I went to the store to get balloons filled for my nephew's birthday. I was disappointed when I realized the floral shop was closed. I went to ask the cashiers if anyone could still fill balloons for me. Immediately Shyanne volunteered to fill them for me. She was so sweet and kind. I felt so cared for!

What a horrible King Soopers and Lori the cashier supervisor is lazy and has no customer service skills. You're supposed to do what the customer asks. I wanted a certain sandwich meat and asked for a new one to be open. She told me NO and that the Boars head meats are bad sellers and you get what is open because they are already loosing money on it. If anyone knows quality meat it doesn't last that long. I did not want an old product open the day before. I asked for when the store manager would be in and she said that they make their own schedule and she never knows when they come in. I find that surprising. She needs to be addressed for her lack of customer service skills. Horrible store.

I generally give places of business the benefit of doubt while going through this pandemic. However, today was the SECOND time I have witnessed an EMPLOYEE not wearing a face mask. The first time was about a month ago, and in addition there were many other employees wearing it improperly. But for an employee not to be wearing a mask altogether was alarming. I emailed Kroger corporate to make them aware. I received a generic canned reply in return. Well today, I witnessed it again (a different employee from the first time). As I was entering the store she was chatting away walking with zero mask in sight. To me, this is completely unacceptable. I simply cannot shop in a store that has such selfish and careless employees... and management who obviously doesn't seem to care about it.

This pharmacy is complete incompetent and doesn't do their job and don't care about the patients. I've been coming here for 3 months because of a car accident and I'm suffering from a broken back,neck and pelvis. I turned my prescription in Thursday and called Friday to see if it was ready. They said they would call the doctor but never did. Called Monday morning and waited 45 minutes on hold to find out they still didn't call the doctor. Finally after speaking with a human they finally called the doctor after 4 day. Now the problem is they can only give me 4 days worth of my medications. I depend on these pill so I'm not in horrible pain all day. This is the 3rd time it's happened and I will not be using this pharmacy again since they only care about their paycheck, not the patients their helping.

The staff and pharmacist are totally incompetent. Someone will call you to let you your prescription is ready. You go to pick it up. They say they are out of the medication. The pharmacist comes over and he says we have 14 pills. I've had more problems with this pharmacy in the past 5 months then I can count. Absolutely ridiculous!
