I absolutely love the staff here. They are always so helpful and Melissa always takes the time to make sure that I understand about the medication that I am taking. Like the best time to take it what foods or drinks I can take my medicine with. They are all AWESOME!!!

My baby needed her prescription late Sunday evening at the time they were about to close, and Francis and Tracy were so kind and considerate to fill her prescription. My mother in law and I very grateful.

Prescriptions are never on time, they would not let you know on time if they need more time to fill your medicine, so you would either come or call again and again or fruitlessly wait for their text, which may come in several days. You have to call them to remind to fill even medicine on autofil.

Was told 20 minutes, came back in 20 minutes and they were at lunch. Waited the 30 minutes and came back to be told it was going to be another 20 minutes. Terrible customer service.

I have shopped at the store for over 10 years and recently the quality has gone down. Attached is photos of the meat and lettuce. This meat was in my curbside order and turned this color a day and a half in my fridge. We have also gotten meal packages with rotted steak, lettuce that is expired and just poor quality.

Always professional and polite! The Pharmacists have a responsibility to adhere to safe practices for the customer and their business, which I am grateful for. People shouldn't give bad reviews because they don't understand that. They work hard here and deserve better reviews. ?

King soopers has the worst customer service I have ever seen. My husband usually picks up my prescription for me because it's a terrible experience everytime.
