I was told that all my prescriptions would be ready today by 3:30 the girl on the phone even put me on hold to confirm they were in stock!! not one called to notify me that my prescription couldn’t be filled and then the same girl said to come back tomorrow morning not a specific time or anything now I have to take time to be calling to see when I’ll get my medicine! At least give me a time or show that you care definitely got so much attitude from the phone call to in person! I was really hoping not to have any issues at this pharmacy but I didn’t even get an apology! Now I’m probably going to wait longer and there is nothing I can do since my dr office is closed!! If she would have told me at 2:30 when I called I would have had it sent elsewhere!

Complaint: Poor Service and Lack of Compassion
I had dental surgery, and due to a minor mix-up, my prescription was re-sent and corrected within five minutes. Unfortunately, because it was close to the staff’s lunch break, they refused to even attempt to fill the prescription. One staff member offered to help, but the manager overruled her to prioritize their break at 12:29—leaving me to go to work in severe pain or cancel my work day entirely.
This lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist a patient in obvious discomfort is unacceptable. It's not the first issue I’ve had here, but it will absolutely be the last. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for pharmacy care.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used. A snail in the dead of winter moves faster than these people.
When they say your prescription will be ready by noon, they mean 3pm. And when you get there they say it's not ready yet and it'll be 30 min. But that 30 min really means an hour.
And that's even if you're able to talk to someone who knows what they're doing. Half the employees can't even figure out how to run the system, and when three of them finally figure it out it's a crap shoot to see if your method of payment actually works.
And frankly, if you've got a line six people deep, you need more than one person handling customers. Three people off in the background, standing around staring at computer screens, and one actually working with customers is not sustainable.

Will make no effort to settle complaints or to have prescriptions completed in a timely manner. They will say 10 minute wait then 40 and so on.

The pharmacy was very lazy and always late the I I I had Covid 19 and my prescription and when you go to pick up the medicines they told you it’s not ready return after 1 hours and when you return you found the medicine not ready too and after that told me you must call to the Denver health no when I called to them she said why the patient called us that’s pharmacy work not you after that I didn’t go again to take my medicine and if I find less one star to the pharmacy I will put it it’s the worst pharmacy in Colorado and I recommend to respect the patient l because he didn’t came to the pharmacy to have fun

On Monday 6/24, I went into the pharmacy, nervous & scared about upcoming medical procedure. CJ waited on me & I couldn’t be more relieved & happy with my interaction with him @ the window. He was professional, friendly & in my opinion, went above & beyond, with his knowledge, initiative & service. He introduced & spoke with the pharmacist, entered new insurance info to get me better pricing promptly, and all around, did my request in a timely manner! I’ve dealt with Linda, before @ the window and rave about her to her co-workers, in the past. CJ told me, he is new and in my eyes, he is a keeper. Excellent customer service skills, which in this day & age, are hard to find, let alone experience. Thank you for hiring such good help! Now, if you could do something about the line situation, especially in self-checkout, I would give the store 5 ⭐️ s, there, also. For now, this is just for the pharmacy.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years and everyone I've dealt with here has been very pleasant and helpful. They try to get me a low price when possible and are SO prompt about getting meds filled. I just had an antibiotic sent in on a Sunday afternoon around 4 and they close at 5, they had it ready for me before close! You guys are the absolute best, thank you!

Bad experience overall. Woman at the discounter argued with me about my insurance even though I have my Medicaid card on me saying I still have my old insurance on file and there was nothing she could do for me. Also, their drive thru is closed despite being told it was available today.

The worst customer service and experience I have encountered at this specific location. Don’t call either to speak to management. That will garner you another unpleasant encounter. So glad I no longer have to see them again. Found a better location and everyone is absolutely amazing. As for this branch the rotten apples got the entire store. And seems like it’s rotting from the top.

The pharmacy probably saved my life. After waiting a week for elsewhere to fill they took over my RX kept me Informed let me know they had to order my meds and promptly let me know it was there all within less than 24 hours. They really saved me and I can't speak enough good about them for that. Thank you.

I would give a zero if it was offered, this is truely how bad they are. Moving all my business to Walgreens. Might as well state how bad they even do for over all store. They deserve a zero. Loyld King would be pissed to see how King Soopers are ran now.

Every time I have gone in the last 3 months, the staff has gone out of their way to help me with my meds plus meds for my elderly mom.We transferred all of her prescriptions over. They are ready once a month on the date we set. Thanks, staff!
