Just had such great customer service at this pharmacy. Don, the pharmacy technician was super nice, efficient and very helpful. Went to pickup a script for a family member. The script was sent to different pharmacy. He called them to see if they had it. They didn't. Next he checked supply at both his store and the other stores in region all to no avail. Can't fault the pharmacy because meds are on back order.

This KS always has the best donuts, and the staff is friendly and helpful! I was there yesterday (2 days before Christmas), and they had extra checkout stands open, plus a nice woman was directing people to shorter lines. Very helpful on the extra busy last Saturday before Christmas! This isn't the closest store to my house, but it's worth the extra drive.

I come to this location very frequently as it’s typically very well managed and the associates there are very helpful. I was there on Monday the 19th and saw an associate that I typically see around quite often , I wanted to see how he was doing and if he could assist me. It was until we were rudely interrupted by what I could guess was his manager? “If he doesn’t work here why are you talking to him?” He asked. Not sure what his problem was. Anyways, thank you Caiden you are doing a great service to the world. Hopefully this “manager” knows that us customers are the reason he can pay his bills and to treat his employees like humans!

Dear King Soopers Corporate Team,I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I recently encountered during a visit to your store, located at 25701 E Smoky Hill Rd, Aurora, CO 80016. On October 13th 2023. I went to your customer service desk to make a Western Union transaction. However, there was a mix-up with the transaction type.The customer service representative inadvertently processed my Western Union transaction as a Check Free Pay transaction, contrary to my original request. As a result, the supermarket was issued a refund by Check Free Pay, but I have yet to receive the refund that was debited from my checking account.I have made several attempts to resolve this matter, speaking with your customer service team on multiple occasions. However, it seems that the issue remains unresolved, and I am concerned about the delay in receiving the refund. The amount in question is $1,622.15, and it is crucial that I obtain the refund promptly.I kindly request your immediate attention and assistance in rectifying this situation. It is important to me that this issue is resolved as soon as possible, and I am hopeful that your team can expedite the process.Please let me know what steps need to be taken and the timeline for the resolution of this matter. I have already contacted Check Free Pay, and they informed me that the refund was processed back to King Soopers on October 25th. I am available to provide any necessary details to facilitate the refund process.I value the service provided by King Soopers and believe in your commitment to customer satisfaction. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and work towards a swift resolution. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

My review is based 100% on Devin at customer service. We had a very long, complicated issue with our online order...way too much to type on here. It involved the other king soopers on Smokey Hill, and even though it was their mistake they basically told us it was not their problem and they could not help us. I was charged $177 for our groceries, then they canceled the order and proceeded to tell us to figure it out. The money would not be refunded for 3-5 business days and we still did not have any groceries.Devin went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. Honestly I cannot even give justice for how helpful he was through a review. We were there for almost 2 hours playing phone tag with multiple stores and BANKS! He helped us while still managing his customer service line, lottery tickets and cigarettes. He explained our story to multiple managers even the one from the other store and fought for us even after being told there was nothing they could do multiple times by multiple people. He repeadly said how are we going to make this right for OUR customer. Seriously went above and beyond any expectations and helped us all the way through the end.He deserves a raise, a bonus, extra PTO anything you can give him. He truly values King Soopers as a whole, their values and their customers.

This place was great but was a wreck today.You do not have enough staff to run your store. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!It is completely unacceptable to have lines halfway through your store because “you don’t have enough employees”. Plenty of people want jobs.Business analytics will inform you when you need more people on shift.

This place seems poorly managed from a customer pov. Lines are always long and seems like there’s never more than two registers open. Also, I feel like the produce is wildly over priced. Definitely a problem that they’re the only grocery store east of 470.

This is one of the better locations that I've been to. The store is always clean easy to navigate. The rotations of the items on the shelf always seem to be constantly done at least from what I can tell. My issue is they are always out of premium fuel at the gas station, it's the only thing my vehicle will take. And it seems like this store and others prioritize the self check out system. This location seems to be busy and it lacks its front end staff keeping the registers open. I only use self checkout when I have a handful of items I'm grabbing. It pains me to see people going through with grocery carts full. Please reintroduce the express checkout of 15 items or less. I've got a feeling the decision of lack of staff is probably to save money to make profits better and is most likely a corporate decision and store manager decision.

Fall is officially here, and I couldn't be happier with my recent visit to King Soopers in Aurora! ? Their outdoor department is a fall paradise, with gorgeous mums that make for the perfect seasonal accent. I paired them with a beautiful bouquet from the floral department's Garden collection, and my front porch has never looked better.?But the it didn't stop there! King Soopers knows how to keep things sweet, and I couldn't resist indulging in their Halloween candy selection. It's like a candy lover's dream come true. They make it so convenient to find all my favorite treats.?Thank you, King Soopers, for helping me make my home feel cozy and festive for fall and satisfying my sweet tooth cravings. You truly are the one-stop-shop for all things seasonal and delicious!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This store is going to have a lawsuit against them for discrimination against minors from the highest level! Better stop preventing children from getting lunch and keeping them outside in the heat only to be yelled at and turned away! Horrible mistake by this store! This better not happen again or I will be there to make sure it doesn’t!

Self checkout 10 carts deep on both sides of the store. Two other lanes open 6 carts deep and they won't open more lanes. Customer services is dead here!

We love our King Soopers store. Our family has shopped there, since it opened. As a business owner, I purchase flowers on a regular basis, sometimes weekly. Kristen and her staff are always super to work with in the Floral department. The selection is amazing. The store is clean and well-kept. It is our go-to store for almost everything. Thank you for all that you do.

I found everything I wanted to King Soopers. I've been to other markets in the area, but I definitely feel that this is the one that I would go to more often. Unfortunately we don't have this one in Arizona but thank goodness you have it here in Aurora.
